I’ve been to other restaurants of Pei Wei franchise. The food is pretty consistent and decent. Nothing to write home about but good fast food option.
I had the firecracker chicken. They also have the new hot honey chicken but that’s supposedly really hot compared to the firecracker so try at your own risk.
I found the food to be kind of dry so had to add some soy sauce, which is readily available, to the brown rice that I got with the firecracker chicken.
All in all, worth it for a quick bite.

This is one of the worst PEI Wei locations in the valley! The sauces ar either too runny, there is hair in the food, the lettuce cups are rotten or have bugs and there is an overall lack of flavor. If this location really wants to be better they need to send their cooks to go shadow the location at 7th Street and Glendale, where they Consistently have the best Pei Wei in the valley. Pei Wei is a chain store. There shouldn’t be surprises. It should be consistently good or bad or mediocre. I have had good dishes at this location, but unfortunately, the bad ones are what remain foremost in my mind. There is no continuity. There is no consistency. Save your money. You’re better off going next-door to the tavern where the food is consistently the same. I’ve talked to the manager at this location, and although he might be willing to comp a meal or something, he doesn’t really seem to understand that there is a major problem here the cooks are not consistent. The cooks do not do a good job and I am unsure whether it’s a issue or a competence issue, but in the face of having a competence issue that is not amenable to rehabilitation maybe they should , find a new chef! AVOID! I found a hair in my last meal and somehow the company was able to get my photos and review removed. The hair was in the overly runny sauce that did not properly coat the meat. Seriously, the chef doesn’t even know how to make that delicious king pao sauce stick to the meat. I did not want meat soup with hair in it.

I was incredibly disappointed by every item ordered. Even the side salad was terrible. We ordered the family bundle. Nothing we ordered could even be eaten. When I called to get a refund I was told there was nothing he could do about it and then hung up on!
Things are hard enough on people right now. My husband and I are both in the food and beverage industry we both have lost our jobs due to COVID. So when we can scrape enough money together to take him out to dinner on his birthday we would at least like to be able to eat it. No I had to feed my family peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because I threw 30 bucks down the drain !
Shame on you Pei Wei! The man on the phone treated me like I was trash looking for a hand out . I was served raw beef undercooked rice . Our lettuce wraps had a hair on dirty lettuce and you could taste the metal from the flattop it was cooked on.
28 years I have been in this industry and I have NEVER had food as bad as I did last night. I am truly saddened by the level of disrespect shown on the phone and the lack of love put into the food.
I am a chef and even when I have been on the line for 14 hours, I still put love and pride into what I am serving not hair and dirt !

I ordered two dishes today. both entrees with Lettufe and the lettuce was rotten. There was also a hair in one lettuce. We dumped the lettuce. We ate here on Tuesday and it was good but today even the entrees are drowning in juice the veggies are overcooked and the lettuce is inedible.

IT WAS NOT PEI WEI.
For the first time in twenty years I didn’t enjoy the food. The vegetables were off, meat and cuts off, brown rice not pei wei. Every dish was off. If you work for PEI WEI quality control this location is tanking your stellar reputation.

So good! Everything was cash and served hot. Service was wonderful. Restaurant was clean, plenty of seating inside and out.

I ordered the House Special. The meat, supposedly white chicken, was so chewy and I couldn’t even tell if it was white meat. My brown rice appeared to be instant perhaps – thrown in a pot and removed too soon. It was not done. I could only eat half. The photo shows why I don’t even want the rest. The rice noodles mixed in only made the dish worse. My husband ordered Mongolian Steak and was disappointed also. It looked good but seriously lacked flavor. This was Sunday 1/22 between 2-3pm.

Staff was friendly ..but a little bit too much chatter and laughter between the cooks and order taker.. but glad to see them having fun ..just remember when a guest is in front of you needing professional service..wonton soup was awesome .. lettuce wraps were good ..but I remember them coming with alot more of the the little white crispy noodles…cut backs? Still a great restaurant.. just standards down a little bit .. beautiful location though!

Ordered off of GrubHub – I was shocked to see 4.9 star rating hoping it would be really good! Very disappointed the flavor is just okay, not enough to make me want to order again. Rice Garden is 100x better then this! If you want good Chinese go there. I ordered the GF Broccoli & beef which came with rice.

I’ve never had a bad experience at pei wei, Until now, rice was undercooked, chicken did not look right or taste, right? There were only 2 other people in there. We ordered, and it took 2 and a 1/2 minutes to get our food. That’s not right.
