I got the Buddha Bowl, which was delicious and had lots of flavor! I almost didn’t get it because the broccoli would have been cold. Daniel told me they could put it in the oven to warm it up, which was perfect! I appreciate that Daniel went above and beyond to make me happy. I will definitely come back here when I’m in the area.

If you love value, this eatery will make you happy. First time here. Won’t be the last. You have to try it. My wife had the Salmon Caesar salad and I had the Fiesta Salad which was served with a very generous portion of sliced fresh chicken breast. My wife’s piece of salmon was about a three ounce portion – that’s large for a salad item. Our plates were chilled and so were the salad ingredients. My wife had to box half of her plate to take home. I struggled to get through mine. The space is huge, clean and bright. Service was fast and friendly. In a time when it’s hard to find value, Modern Market Eatery nails it with fresh, healthy, satisfying wallet friendly, family friendly food. Pics attached.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location in Fort Collins in just 1 week. It is really really good. My food is always looking the best like it literally came off the menu. Delicious. There is a very nice gentleman with a mustache that has always been so kind & welcoming, he even came up to me each time I was here to ask how my food was, he also remembered who I was. That’s really awesome customer service & he deserves to be recognized. Massive shout out to him!

Would go back one thousand times over just for this dish right here. Modern Market outdoes themselves with top quality ingredients, impeccably assembled flavor combinations, and an outstanding variety of healthy dishes and beverages. Absolutely a staple restaurant to visit when you’re craving a nutritious, delicious, and absolutely breathtakingly prepared meal. The Salmon Caesar is out of this world delectable.
Visited again and can confidently say that this healthy lunch location does not have a bad choice on the menu. Not to mention the impeccable service that supports the overall wonderful experience you are bound to encounter when you stop by Mod Market!

The place is clean and has a fresh look. Went up to the counter and the cashier was helpful with best menu items. My wife went with the Baja Blackened Chicken salad which I will tell you was 100% better than what I went with.
I got the Chicken Bacon Club with a side of salted kettle chips. Man I was really disappointed in this sandwich. The chicken was terrible and you could barely bite through it. I’m not sure what they did to this poor little chicken, but they killed it! I took it up to the counter to just let them know that it was not eatable and not looking for my money back. The nasty way the lady looked and me and says so! Umm yeah I’ll never be back! I gave them 2 ⭐️ because the salad was good that my wife let me have the last few bites of. Disappointed!

Love this location and Lindsey the Asst Mgr. The kids chicken plate was flavorful, moist, and perfectly portioned for lunch, making it a real standout. Everything was prepared just as requested and packaged neatly.I travel across CO for work so it’s important to get what I need packed to hit the road. I’ve tried multiple times with this restaurant and each time it’s just not worth coming back, always bad food and overpriced. The portions of chicken and salmon in our bowls were not even palm sized. The rice felt hard like it hadn’t been cooked long enough or it had been set out for entirely too long, the mashed potatoes had no salt no pepper, hardly any flavor at all, and tasted slightly sour. All the sauces on both of our orders were very, very bland. Hardly any flavor and altogether the food was just cold, the salmon barely even lukewarm. We tried the nutella waffle this time, and even the blueberry compote was bitter. Unsure of why most things here are bitter, sour, or bland. &59.90 should cover a good sized portion of hot food with a good taste. This has been consistently disappointing, and management doesn’t do anything, usually commenting the same regurgitated response to each negative review. I doubt they really read any of these.
