Honestly can say without a doubt that this is one of the best bbq restaurants I’ve been to. Super kind staff and accommodating. The pulled pork was amazing with so much flavor, the Cole slaw was really good. And overall if you love bbq and just want to try new places, this restaurant is the place for you. Easy parking spots, and convenient and fast paced. Got our food under 15 minutes which is pretty good.

We had a wonderful lunch today with family. The plated BBQ options were reasonably priced and good portions. The two ladies working in the front of the house were very helpful and friendly. My pulled pork was super moist and had a delightful smoky flavor…..the cornbread pudding was incredible, as was the coleslaw. I would highly recommend this well maintained and established restaurant.

The girls up front saved this review. Sweet as pie and helpful. Was greeted with a smile. My husband and I, who can normally clear our plates, left half of our food still on our plates. We got our food less than 10 min after we ordered so why was everything room temp at best? My Mac and cheese was cold after the first bite and my pulled pork was room temp and no flavor. Had to drench it in sweet sauce (which I loved, but with pork I shouldn’t need that much). Ribs were chewy and thin, they did have flavor which was good. Also, the fries tasted like freezer burn…. On a positive note! the beans were gooooood and hot!

I absolutely could not say enough about this establishment. True authentic Texas barbecue. All sides are homemade. Cold beer. You definitely get your money’s worth. Highly recommend the Project Sampler. We always end up ordering more to take home for the next several days because it’s so good.

First time having barbecue since moving to the state. This is exactly what I wanted, a meal big enough for me and my girlfriend to share and we both satisfied. The Tennessee heat sauce was absolutely delicious and really made the meal good for me. I will gladly come back and try more

Where to begin? First time here and the place is filthy. Burnt ends are so hard they are like wood chips. Cole slaw has no liquid whatsoever, basically just cabbage. Macaroni and cheese was WAY too Al dente on the noodles. Phil’s Dream Pit is far superior. One and done. On the plus side, the chicken was pretty good. Also grease galore

It is definitely TX style BBQ in TN. The ribs and brisket were the stars of the proteins (we did not try the chicken)-. The collards, mac-n-cheese, and french fries were on point.

Really done well Texas style bbq! The brisket was moist and had a good trim on it. Sausage was fantastic along with the pulled pork. Tried all the sides and they are flavorful. I grew up in Texas and this is done right!

Got these smoked brisket sandwich and loaded fries with Mac and cheese and brisket. It was too good. The barbecue sauce was also exceptional, better than any store bought crap!
