I had a wonderful dinner here today! I am from California so I have had my share of Mexican food but this place was truly awesome – in terms of flavor, price, and service! I enjoy Los Tacos Hermanos but this place was special.
Every meat choice that I’ve tried (lengua, tripa, barbacoa, el pastor etc) was delicious. Huarache was really savory and filling. The prices were very affordable.
And, people working were genuinely kind and nice..!
You can order outside and then eat in the well-appointed, cozy indoor space.

There are only two dedicated taco trucks in Gibbon, both of you are doing a great job. Food you guys make tastes so much better then the corporatised chain restaurants in Kearney. Glad your here and especially like the spicy sauce cup. Both my parents hated spicy food but me, I guess I was built different because if it doesn’t burn then I’m disappointed. However I wish the sauce was even hotter, but yours is still better then what I get anywhere else. I just have to live in a world full of weakness…

Stopped by here on the way home from Grand Island and we are so glad we did. My wife and I each had a burrito, and they were second to none. Authentic with very good flavor, and a good portion as well.
We will be stopping again on our way through!
Update–stopped by again today and the burritos were outstanding. This place is a treasure and worth patronizing.

Some of the best street tacos around. Wonderful taste, authentic, and cheap. The staff were friendly and nice, and i had good conversation with them. I will definitely be back!
