Do not recommend. The guy there young dude sounded so stucked up like he knew everything when he was literally wrong. Pizza hut has deal for 1 large 3 topping pizza for $11.99 I gotten it like 5 times in last 2 weeks. I just got it last night and was getting it again rn. Let me tell you I’ve been to this location and the one and a different one that I won’t name that i go to. Anyways the guy said that is only thing only not carry out. Thats funny I said bc I just did it last last and did it a lot i told him at two different locations. Hes was saying idk what to tell you things are always changing. He tried to charge me 23$ im like no thanks and I left. I went to my secondary location and had no problems. I told the worker what just happened and she asked in a way like she knows already who with a look on her face she asked “was it the s main st location?” I said yes! She then replied “I figured it was that location. So she knows that location is stupid.

I’ve always order from Pizza Hut. They’ve always put a tamper seal on my delivery to ensure me that my food wouldn’t be tampered with during delivery. This time there wasn’t a seals. I called the south main st store to inform them. The guy act like, what’s the problem? I tried to explain to him that my food wasn’t sealed. He hung up on me. I called back they wouldn’t answer the phone. So I will take my business else where.

It seems that my review might’ve been deleted so I’ll make it in short term- Whoever is in charge keeps a building ran of a bunch of short staff who are not always the nicest but honestly I wouldn’t be either if I worked in the hell hole like that. Never got my food because it was so chaotic and so busy and the man literally couldn’t even find my order. I’ve read several view since that day that have had similar circumstances. Honestly I go out of my way to go to a different one now and I suggest anyone to do the same- Maybe if they have less orders they won’t lose any tickets

The food came exactly how we ordered it. The pizza was fairly hot and fresh tasting. The chicken wings and toppings had good consistency and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I really didn’t have any issues and I would consider ordering from here in the future so long as quality, freshness and good temperature are maintained. Our group was satisfied with this meal to accompany our rock band party!

I placed a online order and ordered it for delivery and for some reason it put it for pick up I have no car and don’t drive so I called the store right away well as I thought there wasn’t anything that they could do so they told me to see if I could find away to pick it up and if not then call back to cancel the order mind you it was already paid for so I tried to call back to cancel the order and the answering service kept answering my call they transferred me to the store and I sat on hold for 45 minutes just for them to pick up and hang up the phone it’s been almost 3 hours now and the store still isn’t answering the phone I just got the answering service again and he tried to look up my order and no big surprise he said he couldn’t find my order I’m so mad I don’t recommend anyone order from this Pizza Hut

I cant really rate tge pizza as it was not delivered. Ordered at S Main and 224 location. Driver came to deliver, demanded to be paid in cash. Order was paid via card and was already showing debited at bank. Driver left with the order. Have been trying to call the same location for 45 minutes. No answer and goes directly to their “call center”. My 87 yr old father just wanted a pizza. Totally unacceptable.

Update: Well, here it is a year since I left my bad review for Pizza Hut. I saw they had a great deal for $12 pizza. I decided to try it again.
I was not disappointed. The pizza was soooo good! Ya’ll, it tasted like the Pizza Hut I remember growing up. It was thick, lots of toppings, and the crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. PERFECT! Thank you Pizza Hut for getting back on track.
Pizza Hut has really gone down hill, though their prices have gone up. The supreme pizza I received today was not supreme. It was very low grade. The toppings were scarce, and some pieces has less than that. And there was no ham. And the buffalo wings were not at all spicy and I didn’t get ranch with them. Really disappointed. Next time I will order from Papa John’s. They have not disappointed me.

Long waits and really bad food. I usually order extra cheese on my pizzas. I always get more sauce than cheese. This time I decided to try a pepperoni one to see if they did better. The picture attached should show how much these people care. A Digiorno frozen pizza looks more appetizing than what I received. On top of that their bad pizzas are not even cheap. Also, the culprit is always this location.

I really feel sorry for the lady that was working. She didn’t have any help. The pizza was ok. Pizza Hut Corporate Management is clearly to blame for this. They don’t have a clue into what ” employee retention” means. Again, the lone employee assigned to this location was most likely at her wits end. However she did a good service despite these working conditions.
