If I could rate a negative star I WOULD!
After an hour of waiting for my delivery, it notified as “delivered” on my app. I checked outside and my orders were not there. I called them 12 TIMES they kept declining the call. I used my husband’s phone and they immediately answered. Huh?? So we’re just not gonna talk to the people who ordered the food now huh. They weren’t answering my calls because they prolly recognize the number that was used to order my food delivery. So when I finally reached them using my husband’s phone and asked why my order did not arrive yet, they placed me on hold and NEVER CAME BACK TO TALK. I used a different phone again and they answered, and they finally said “the driver is still on his way” in an annoyed voice AND ENDED THE CALL!! SO RUDE!!
I tried to cancel my order and the customer service offered me 20% for my next purchase OR free medium pizza. Wth, my order total was $70, make it make sense!
Finally, my orders arrived 30 mins after the said delivery time, all my food were COLD!!! Literally my $70 with $10 tip went to the trash!
Domino’s, you got great food but you gotta do better with the employees on this branch.

Ordered a pizza at 12 supposed to take 20 minutes I was following the tracker because it was delivering said it was delivered called the store. This is at like 1240. She said it’s still sitting at the store that tracking is messed up so I’m not sure who I was tracking or why my ticket got scanned to go for delivery if it really wasn’t in the car Call back at one it was no longer at the store. The driver had picked it up. It is 146. I’m still waiting for it. I’m hungry. Don’t have time for the hassle of cold pizza being delivered or waiting for the money to go back on my card when I simply cannot order something else right away. The delivery driver, Bobby, marked my order as delivered without delivering it. I have been waiting on my patio since it first notified me that he was otw. Mind you, I live less than 5 minutes away. Just can’t drive during the night because of my eyes. No texts, no calls, no rings or knocks. Nothing. This has happened more than once at this shitty location and management has done nothing about it but blame me. I spent over 20 and the automated system does nothing but offer 20% off of the next order. Terrible place and horrible service.

My delivery order consists of two medium thin crust pizzas . One has Italian sausage and bacon , the other is ham and beef. 8 piece wings with bones flavor garlic parmesan. If I had know they were going to be wet , I would not have bothered ordering ranch for dipping. Dessert is the marble cookie brownie. I placed my order at 1:36 pm and it wasn’t received until 3:46pm. Bless her heart Jamie the delivery driver apologized as shes the only driver today. I understand things happen and thankfully I wasn’t starving and I didn’t have to leave the house. The best item was the marbled cookie brownie .

Food is always great when fresh… On the other hand, Customer service tonight was ridiculous. I came through around 830 for my pick up order and decided to go inside since the drive thru line was wrapped around the building after ALREADY waiting in it for 20 or so minutes. The door was locked with no sign or anything regarding lobby hours. I knocked several times and the workers inside just ignored me. I get doing this for safety reasons when it’s late but considering they don’t close till 1, that doesn’t make sense. Then when I called, I couldn’t even stay on the line for long with who I was talking to, she was very condescending. I received my food around 910 and by the time we got home at 930 the food was cold. Very disappointed.

12-15-19 Sunday night dinner. The restaurant was very clean. The restaurant had a great layout. The food was good and had good presentation. The lady in the restaurant said hi but was very short. No one else in the location was sociable. One of the drivers was given me a look like I was going to rob them. This location must be in a bad neighborhood because i needed to be buzzed in to get inside this location. I would return to this location.

I ordered from the app. I left for Domino’s when the app said my food was ready. It took 5 minutes to get there. When I arrived there was no line. My pizza was not ready. My loaded tots were done. I waited for about 25 minutes for my pizza, the one that was supposed to be ready. Of course my pizza was hot , but my tots were cold.

An assistant manager poured ranch all over my pizza, didn’t fully cook it and then put it in a box. There’s something wrong with this Dominos. Every single time I order a pizza from this place there’s something wrong with it. I will never order from Dominos again. If you hate your job quit. Don’t mess up food that I paid for. I requested a refund back to my card so I’ll be keeping an eye out for that. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. There was also no tomato sauce added. This was no accident.
