I always love getting Cappzas pizza! It’s my favorite brand these days. I got my usual mushroom and black olive pizza and I was not disappointed. Don’t forget to grab some whoopie pies! Best place to grab them imo

A few years ago we had decided to stop going to Cappza’s because we never received a correct order. Tonight I decided to give them another chance because they’re so close to our apartment. We chose delivery and it sent us to DoorDash, that seemed better because we never have issues with deliveries from DoorDash.
We placed the order at 6:33pm and the estimated time to deliver was 7:02. We never received any updates from DoorDash so I called the store the first time at 7:09.
The person who answered stated that they couldn’t update DoorDash but the pizza was already out for delivery and it’d be here soon.
I called the second time at 7:34 asking for an update and the person said that it was still out for delivery and would be right to us.
I called again at 8:17 and asked for an update. They stated the delivered the pizza and followed our directions ‘to a tee’.
Thankfully I have a Ring doorbell and checked it. There was no delivery to our door. They said it was delivered but didn’t take a picture and mentioned that they don’t use DoorDash drivers they use their own.
I went to the surrounding doors but no delivery.
I have officially learned my lesson. Hopefully I get my money back.
Past issues:
Ordering extra black olives, they charged me $9 for them and when the cashier opened it to look they said ‘That doesn’t look like extra olives?’ It wasn’t.
Ordered a pizza, delivery, with no cheese because I don’t like the taste of cheese. I made sure he said no cheese. It got to my apartment with extra cheese.
My friend and I went there, her choice, to get garlic bread. I asked for the kind with no cheese and extra garlic butter. Both of our orders were wrong. The second one I got had hardly any garlic butter, I didn’t send it back because I don’t want to be a bother, but I got extra butter and put it on myself.
The next delivery I decided to get a salad, because it was always wrong but everyone else had pizza. I ordered a large and got a small. That time I had to drive and get my replacement. The driver said they’d get in trouble for not checking the receipt before leaving the store. I didn’t want them to get into trouble.
I promise you I’ve 100% learned my lesson.

I love their pizza kits—cheaper and better then a frozen pizza, I ordered food ahead of time to dine in which is helpful when you have a hungry moody toddler. Clean, great service, always smells really yummy in there. Thank you!

I ordered a large BBQ pizza with chicken an bacon the order was placed at 2:12 pm. We finally received the pizza at 3:45 I called at 3:15 they said the driver had had and we didn’t see the drive for another 30 minutes. The pizza was cold and the crust was hard. Needless to say I live a half a mile from the Farmingdale shop. When I called to complain the person on the phone was not in anyway sympathic and did not apologize only saying we only have one driver at least you got your pizza. This is not customer service and having to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza is ridiculous especially if its cold and crust is hard.

Clean inside, and staff was very friendly. Also like being able to order online. Our family of 5 wasn’t impressed with the food though. Pizza was greasy and heavy, and the crust was tasteless and reminded me of frozen pizza or premade crust. Bread sticks lacked flavor as well. The chicken Caesar salad was ok, although we’re not fans of Ken’s dressing. We also didn’t care for the streusel topping on the cinnamon bread sticks, but can’t hold it against them. The icing was good though. We were driving through on a long road trip and took a gamble by ordering here. Wouldn’t order again though.

I ordered buffalo chicken nachos and oh my God they are absolutely phenomenal. I ordered online and the website was very easy to use and very straightforward. When I arrive to get my order, I ended up getting a couple of drinks and that helped me so nice and Simply asked me if I wanted to use the card I used to purchase my pizza. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants food and food experience. Great customer service.

Absolutely delicious! I tried pizza from here when they first opened and was disappointed but figured it had been a long time since and we’d try it again. I am so happy I did. I ordered a large extra hamburger, onion and green pepper pizza and a pastrami and cheese sub. The sub was just ok, not a lot of meat on it and the roll is like an oversized hot dog bun. But the pizza… Absolutely fantastic. The hamburger is real hamburger not the processed hamburger crumbles. Delivery was super fast too! Will definitely be ordering from there again!
