Went in for the first time. The staff is young and lots of playing around behind the counter. That didn’t bother me. It’s nice to see young people working. Masks were NOT worn while orders were being prepared. Lots of talking over my ice cream. While eating ice cream, I found two hairs in my order. Very concerning. Probably won’t be back.

This location was out of everything for the marble slab ice cream creations. I could not get a waffle cone, caramel with cookie dough sweet treat because none of the items were available. After speaking with the young worker, some items had been unavailable since four days prior to my visit. I hope management will revisit their ordering policies.

Would highly not recommend. We ordered online so that we would not have to deal with the rude employees. An hour later went to go pickup our order and it was not ready. Instead, had to sit there and receive dirty looks and attitude from the employees. We won’t be back. I’ll take the long drive to the other location.

They didn’t have cookies and cream or Oreos, which are arguably some of the more popular flavors available. Also, they didn’t have any lids for milkshakes. That’s absurd. Service was nothing special. Disappointed.
