We were warmly greeted and shown to a table. Ask what we’d like to drink and we ordered water with lemon when she brought it to us along with chips and salsa.
It took us awhile to choose what we wanted to eat. Our waitress, Marianela, answered some questions and we made our selection.
Our lunch was served quickly and it looked great, better yet it tasted wonderful! Big mistake on my part. I didn’t take a picture of our food. I was so busy eating, next time and I hope to get back soon.
The restaurant was clean, the bathroom perfect and it was a great place to have lunch.

Vegan Menu for the win!
I’m not a huge lover of Mexican food but my hubby loves it so we randomly decided to give this place a try! Oh. My. Gosh!!!!!! I’m a convert!! They have a divided kitchen so that nothing is contaminated with meat/dairy etc (already a winner if you’re strict vegan!) …. the elote corn thing was so good I ordered another!!!!
Really lovely place to eat. Lovey staff. Clean and tidy. Friendly! Awesome!

This restaurant service and food was absolutely delicious. It was our first visit but not our last. The service was great when we first entered the restaurant – warm welcome and the food came out fresh and hot! The green salas and chips – WHAT!!! They are so good; had to get some to go!

I love that they ask if you want a vegan menu or the non vegan menu right off the bat! This place truly delivers on taste, quality, quantity and value. The pictures online looked incredible but often the food doesn’t stand up to its photo shoot. .. not the case at all with Pancho’s! The fried avocado blew me away. A mouth watering, creative twist to the traditional Mexican food fare that you love!!

This place was amazing! The owner was the person who actually served us and Ernesto was awesome!! This place has a vegan menu as well so I got to have a wonderful lunch with my friends. It used to be under other ownership that kept limited hours but now dinner hours are open for business! The corn tortillas here are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I had menudo which was legit! But next time I am in Vegas, I’m doing street tacos for sure!!! I had such a wonderful time here eating great food and spending time with my friends!!!

Went there for the first time after seeing so many great reviews. I ordered the vegan chilaquiles with potato’s, beer battered avocado taco and I believe it was vegan al pastor taco as well. I ordered some regular fries to go as well. the vegan original michelada with modelo. First of all, the cashier was super helpful and nice. She recommended I get potatoes and she was not wrong. Super filling and flavorful.
Food was flavorful, great service, clean place and restaurant. They have a huge vegan menu and huge regular menu. I will definitely come back. So many choices and their green salsa is so good.

I’m vegan. I truly appreciate the large vegan menu. I love that this is a place I can take my omni family and we each have a fair amount of options. The atmosphere is authentic, no trends, no flash, and I found that quite refreshing. I loved my food. My fam loved their food. The service is slow – just expect it. Each time I go there they have one man working the floor and someone in the kitchen.

Outstanding customer service with the biggest vegan menu I’ve ever seen! They have vegan and non vegan menus so everyone is happy. The poblanos eggplant enchiladas were incredible.

1st time there, Excellent. Nice, comfortable, clean, modern space. Great service, friendly sraff, reasonably priced. Had the PK Special Omelet, vegan, and it was terrific. Salsa was great. Full vegan menu. Totally recommend. Convenient Charleston Heights location on the west side. They have a small selection of beer, which is nice.
