im a college student and i ordered a pizza from them for delivery, i usually watch the driver so i can be outside ahead of time and it said my driver wasn’t far my dorm. I received a call from my driver saying she couldn’t bring the pizza for whatever reason and that she’d have to go back to the store and give me a refund. It has been almost 2 FULL WEEKS since then and I haven’t gotten my refund yet. and now all of a sudden when I want to call the store, the number doesn’t want to work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A COLLEGE STUDENT!

The delivery driver that delivered my pizza pulled so far away from my apartment. I was trying to tell the driver where my apartment was he didn’t want to hear it and he was talking over me saying he know where to go. I have not had a problem with a driver until now. Typically don’t have issues with this location, but was pretty disappointed when I received burnt loaded tater tots that weren’t really “loaded” as pictured. Was pretty bummed, since I’ve been wanting to try these since they just came out. They also took a while to find my order which was kind of alarming.

Ordered Hand Tossed Pizza this is thin crust, the customer service is terrible, they are rude they don’t even get out the car when delivering it they pass it through the window. The pizza is dry and hard no sauce really and they don’t even make it how you request it. The bread bites are hard and dry with no dipping sauce, the cinnamon sticks are hard too. They need to get it together or hire someone that can properly make food and isn’t rude. Worst pizza I’ve ever ate in my life.

I had a very upsetting experience at the Domino’s on 3676 Harding Blvd. Baton Rouge LA. on 6/6. The young woman working the late shift was one of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered in a customer service setting. Her attitude was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable for someone representing your brand.
What’s even more concerning is that the manager acknowledged the behavior and apologized multiple times, even stating, “Once she gets going, it’s hard to stop her.” If this employee’s behavior is a known issue, I’m shocked that nothing has been done to correct it. Allowing this kind of conduct to continue will only drive customers away.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because if this is the level of service Domino’s is allowing at this location, it won’t be long before loyal customers start going elsewhere.

The pizza was meh. Got a medium New York style with extra pepperoni and a medium New York style with mushrooms, onions and beef. The pepperoni was crowded all in the middle, nowhere near the ends or edges so if you bite the pizza you’ll get pepperoni on about 2/3rd of your slice. The other pizza had about five mushrooms in total on it, a few slithers of onion and I guess tiny beef. It looked more like sausage to me though. The pizza tasted awful, gummy and chewy!! One of the worst pizzas Ive ever had in my life. I’ll think I’m going to go for quality rather than a sale price and go back to what good pizza tastes like at other restaurants such as fresh ingredients, evenly proportioned toppings, and just good old fashioned great tasting pizza. I’m so sorry that I didn’t think to take photos first. I don’t have any recommendations for this place because I don’t like Dominos at all.

I placed a delivery order online with the option to leave at the door. when the delivery driver arrived, they never got out of the vehicle, they stayed in my driveway for 4 minutes before pulling off. I then contacted the store who said they called me and because I didn’t answer the phone my order will be canceled and I can place another one if I still wanted the food. This experience was super inconveniencing for me because I am currently on bed rest and cannot travel for food and my funds are on hold until the money is returned to my account. I will never give this location my business again.
