Crazy bread is always undercooked. Most of the staff look and act like they would rather be anywhere else. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. One girl walked past me twice, looked dead at me and walked off. If not register trained, could have atleast told someone that is. Also had their Bluetooth in, playing on their phone. Most of the staff there is pretty rude and need to be retrained in customer service etiquette.

Came into Little Caesars at 1:17, I ordered one pepperoni pizza and was told it was going to be a 5-minute wait, at 1:42 I still haven’t gotten my pizza so I went into the store to go and ask them where it was nobody said anything to me and instead they just handed me a pizza from behind the counter and lied saying they went out to my car multiple times but I was not in it, which was not true I was in the car I was sitting in the back keeping my baby calm and I had the door cracked open, they told me no I was not I was not in the car at all it was running and it was left locked, I asked him how they would know it was locked unless they tried to open the door and that’s weird, and that I was in fact sitting in the back seat with my baby because I was not going to leave her and attended and I had nowhere to go, she wanted to argue with me and tell me that the girl said she went out multiple times but nobody was in the car even though I was right there like I said with my door cracked open and nobody came to my vehicle, I don’t know if she went to the wrong one or what, when I tried to call to get the mistake corrected or to see if there was anything they could do about my pizza not being fresh anymore since the girl didn’t want to do her job, they refused to make it fresh or reimburse me or anything and laughed when I said “so y’all don’t have some sort of make it right policy?” And they told me have a good day and hung up on me

I went today around 130 picked up two cheese pizzas and they were so hard that I had to throw them in the garbage called up there and he said bring them back and he would replace them, but I’m 30 minutes away. They just need to keep an eye and throw these old pizzas in the garbage just at a serving of them to people!!

Great service. The young man at the window was exceptional polite and when he brought our order to the window he gave us a little pack of cookies for our toddler which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for being so polite and kind.

SLOW AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Did my order completly wrong and answered the phone slurring and couldn’t understand them. Acted incompetent when I needed them to correct my order. Explained it 4 times to 2 different people. If you don’t have basic communication skills don’t work in the public. There was cheese in my dipping sauce??

Ordered through the app. Arrived 17 minutes after placing order, pulled up to window and was told to park for a 10 minute wait. I asked why and the woman said that it simply wasn’t ready. I parked and opened the app and it said the pizza had just been put in the oven. Obviously they didn’t even start until I brought it to their attention. I can get past that but I can’t get past the blatant lie when she said it was cooking.
