Just got my coffee and had to give a review of the wonderful experience I had. The moment I walked through the doors I was greeted by these two warmhearted women with bright smiles. I ordered my go-to favorite, iced Teddy Bear latte and it honestly was the best one I had before. I turn into Goldilocks when I order my coffee, I know what I like. Normally there was always a flavor that overwhelmed the others or its tastes watered down, but this time it was just right. Thank you Chloe and Sandra for giving me the best coffee shop memory. I was just so impressed I told lots of my friends of you two and best believe I’ll come by multiple times just for you guys.
Thank you xoxo

I usually enjoy Biggby, but this visit on 02/18/27 to the Biggby Coffee – Standale was frustrating. There were only four cars ahead of me, yet I waited almost 40 minutes. They were also out of espresso, which was disappointing and not communicated clearly upfront.
I understand places get busy, but better inventory management and faster service would go a long way. Hoping this was just an off day.

I was honestly really frustrated with my experience at Biggby today. I waited just over 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars in front of me, and it was for one drink. That’s way longer than it should take.
When I finally got to the window, no one even acknowledged me for about four minutes. I could literally see my drink sitting on the counter ready, but the employees were talking to each other and working on the computer instead of handing it to me. It just felt careless and unprofessional.
I’ve also seen other reviews from months ago where people complained about the same issue, and the response was that they were “working on it.” Clearly nothing has changed. If this has been an ongoing problem, it should have been fixed by now. Don’t waste your time here. I won’t be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoy this location, nests perfectly between my work and drive home. I rarely see BOGO anymore, and this location has faithfully stuck to tthe BOGO on Mondays. Definitely blessed & hopeful for memories and my favorite sips here!!!

This location used to be amazing. I now avoid going to this location and don’t particularly want to give them my business. I’m not the type to leave reviews—even after a bad experience. But this location has pushed me over the edge. I ordered one coffee and I waited 30 minutes. 30 minutes for one coffee. This is not the first time I have had a ridiculous wait time. I will no longer be coming to this location considering how awful the service is.

Usually I have a great experience at this location! Today, I ordered 2 20oz Kickin Raspberry mocktails, and they tasted off. I’m not sure if something was miscommunicated, but I think the lemonade was missing? I can’t tell what exactly is missing or if something extra was added, but they both tasted weird. Otherwise, the wait wasn’t too bad and the Baristas were very nice!!

3rd time coming to this location – 3rd time waiting 20+ minutes – 3rd time getting coffee that doesn’t even taste like any flavor was added. I would have been better off grabbing gas station coffee.

Terrible service, they have an incompetent worker training someone who has no clue on how to put ice in the blender, her trainer and the girl responsible for making my girlfriend and I wait 40 minutes was yelling across their working station to tell her how. We had to have my coffee remade twice as the girl training had no clue what she was doing, and was getting now help from her trainer they completely burnt one of our bagels, the trainer stated she “didn’t know how that happened.” She continuously cried when patiently being asked by several customers what their wait time on drinks were, a door dasher who waited 35 minutes for her order asked for the DoorDash slip, the trainer then said she would grab it in one moment, presiding to make the girl wait another 5 minutes with melting drinks- before crying and yelling that she didn’t know how to giver her what she needed. The door dasher was so calm, she asked if there was anyone the workers could call as she needed a photo of the receipt, the worker claimed there was no one to call or help. She went onto complain to her trainee that they were going to have “so many negative reviews.” And they had a laugh like making the three consumers in there waiting a collective 90 minutes was the norm, and a game.

I have been coming here my entire life, and while the food is usually decent, the service has gone completely downhill. If a business is OPEN, then the entire menu should be available—period. I came in at 7:00 PM, a FULL HOUR before closing, and was told the toaster was already turned off.
When I politely asked if they could simply plug it back in, the staff actually whispered to each other that “then we’d have to do the dishes again.” Excuse me??? You are still OPEN for another HOUR. That is literally what closing time means.
Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for expecting basic service during posted business hours. If you don’t want to serve the full menu, then change your hours. Extremely disappointing experience from a place that used to have standards.

This has literally got to be the slowest coffee shop in the nation. I’ve been here multiple times and the least amount of time you wait is 10 minutes when there’s two cars in line usually wait 20 to 30 minutes when there’s two cars in line to get one coffee. I don’t understand how it can be so slow when you have at least 3 to 4 people working at one time.
