We are a small town mom and pop. We only have a 3 person crew per shift. We try our best daily and love our people. Everyone is treated like a local. We love the friends and fellowship Everyone shares here on a daily basis. There are no strangers. We just ask for patience as we are human and have good days along with bad. Thank you all. Great little diner! No waiting & fast service. The food took a bit, but good food cooked upon order beats the heck out of anything ‘fast’.
We had the chicken fry steak, huge, crispy & perfect gravy. And the calf fry dinner. Everything was fried to perfection, not to death. Hand cut fried & onion rings were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Calf fries were tender and cooked just right.
The price was right too. 2 adults dinner with leftovers for under $30. I’ve paid more at local chains for much less satisfying meals.
J’s will become one of our regular night out restaurants!

This is the perfect spot to stop and grab lunch . I got the burger with fry’s and they did it well done as requested . The meat is all 100% beef and you could definitely taste it . Food tasted homemade just like you would expect the burger was really good . And the price wasn’t bad at all it was like $25-27 for me and my wife to eat . I will definitely be back on my travels through Kellyville .

Service was great. Fries could have been fresher, they were just cool and stiff. We had ordered them with no salt or seasoning. But I’m excited to try them fresh. Because I’m pretty sure they are hand-cut. It was our first time and we didn’t know what to expect. I’d recommend giving it a try.

J’s is ALWAYS a wonderful place to eat! There prices are low and the home cooked meals are fabulous. We’ve eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and never had a bad meal. Excellent place is you’re cruising Rt 66 or if you just want to take a trip to a small town!
