It’s a DQ. The food is what you’d expect and the ice cream is amazing, obviously. Service was fantastic and I will always frequent this place. It’s a pretty good value as far as fast food is concerned.

As always, if I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t come here unless you like getting insulted and body shamed by the punk kids behind the counter for ordering 2 sandwiches for yourself. And then when you Ask to speak to a manager while that same punk kid is dancing around mocking other customers in the drive thru, of course there isn’t one and when you ask for their number they give you the number for the restaurant. Although when your restaurant is dead on a Friday night I guess that’s a red flag you shouldn’t go either. That was the most insulting and demoralizing visit to that restaurant and I will never be back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Service is terrible! Food took forever! After we left and went home we realized my daughter was missing her stuffed animal. I called and was put on hold, they didn’t have it they said. I asked if they could look in the parking lot when they had a chance and to call me back. We’ll, the next morning I drove the 30 minutes to see if it was outside, and it was! It was covered in the snow from last night. Furious at them lazy people!

Heres my laughable order of onion rings after they almost didnt let me turn down fries in my order and pay for a whole meal plus the onion rings because they ‘arent allowed to substitute onion rings for fries.’ I know it was a whole 1/2 hour to close…but come on!!! I’ve been to this establishment many times close to close and you definitely pay for it…the kids behind the counter are too eager to get out of work… Real life food industry usually you don’t get out of work until an hour after public closing hours because good etiquette is to wait to close down tables and mop the restaurant floor until after close… Take my advise and drive the extra few minutes to go to the Plymouth location. Under it’s new management it’s much better. Decided to give you a second (more like millionth) shot and you still messed up my order… I’m starting to think you have a personal vandetta against me! This place is the worst. Stop messing with Hangry peoples food!!! Officially done going to you guys.

I’ve never had an issue here. MAYBE they used to be slower at the register in the past? But they have things pretty streamlined now. I live in the area and stop here occasionally to pick up ice cream for my wife or get myself a Flamethrower burger.
I went in once asked for no tomato on my Flamethrower burger, and then asked for a 2nd sandwich. A really nice Indian guy (he wears a beanie sometimes) came out from the back and asked if I meant to get no tomato on both sandwiches. He was right – nice save! Really good team working there now.

They open at 9:30. It is 11:30 now. Myself and another customer were completely ignored. Employees saw us but were cleaning tables instead of helping us. In addition there was a rather creepy employee just kinda hanging around the bathroom.
