Great if you want burnt food and the occasional hair. This picture is of the French toast sticks. I ate the only one that was edible. It was a five piece but I only received 4. Hash browns were cold. I had to ask for syrup. I know, it’s hard to screw up this spectacularly, but they did.
Several months ago I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with a hair. Swore I’d never go back. I should have listened to myself.

10-11-25 stopped for lunch around 2:30 and went in to use the restroom before ordering. What a mess, feces stuck to the toilet and the bowl was full of it. Trash overflowing and an order of fries on the sink. I told the young girl at the cash register about it and she just blamed it on the teenagers. There were none there at all. She did nothing but mess up our order. When I went back up to the counter to see where the rest of the food was another lady gave me 2 cheeseburgers and I told her about the restrooms. She went in to clean and when she came back she didn’t wash her hands before handling the food again. We had a clear view of the hand washing sink. All the workers kept going out the back door and nobody washed their hands when they came back in. After 20 minutes they brought my fries. At least 10 tables were dirty including the kitchen floor and counters. If you blow up the pictures you can see the filth. Probably going to call the Madison county health department Tuesday. This place needs to be shut down. And I did fill out the survey that is on the receipt.

This place is an absolute disgrace. On my life, I have no idea what keeps this place in business. 11/11/25 my husband went through the drive through only to sit in the drive through for 5-10 minutes. Someone came on the speaker and said they would be right with him. Time passes… nothing. One person waiting at the window in the drive thru. 1 person inside eating. They have the 2nd drive thru lane open. ANOTHER PERSON PULLS UP.. WAITS 10 SECONDS AND gets his order taken right away. Nobody comes back and takes his order. He leaves because he is not going to wait any longer. I call — mind you 3 times with no answer. I call a 4th time — manager answers and I ask her why he waited for so long — she said she is training someone and they are “very busy” and she is bagging food, making drinks, and running the front counter. She decided to say that her “trainee” tapped the wrong button and took the wrong lanes order. This manager is a bold face liar because this place hasn’t been busy since dinosaurs roamed the earth. The definition of this place being “busy” is one person in the drive thru. 0/10. Terrible place.

I was on my 30 minute lunch break. I decided to walk in to order because of how slow it is, to order through drive thru. Well the one time I decide to order inside, I see a man behind the counter and everyone else is clearly through the propped door that leads outside. I was looked at by the man three different times, waited even longer. Of course the employee turned his back and chose to not acknowledge us further or help to get one of his coworkers that could take our order (if he was not able to) So I had to leave. Spent most of my break waiting for service that never came. As I was leaving someone entered the drive thru and of course immediately was able to order because they are all back there with their headsets, which is fine if it wasnt for every person able to give service was back there.

not sure if the girl working today was new or not. but we went through the drive thru & ordered. they took our order and when we got to the window they told us they didn’t have our order on the screen so we had to reorder at the window. we were in line for about 30 minutes. and they were not very busy at all. i used to work fast food so i understand certain things but to me it’s complete stupidity. fast food should not take that long.

i was sitting in the establishment and i see this lady who seemed like the manager yelling at this poor girl for trying her best and i just can’t believe management is letting things like this happen!!! i also waited almost 20 minutes for the one burger and small fry i ordered!!!! outrages

The food was barely warm and the drink machine was clearly not cleaned for a while because the water came out brown and there was flecks of black mold floating around. Told an employee about it and he wiped it off, but we shouldn’t have had to and I doubt that did much.

Ordering off the app is a terrible idea because no one looks at your requests like no ketchup or tomato, so RIP if your allergic ig. Food when it’s right is most of the time mid at best but at least better than McDonald’s mystery meat disks.

Worst fast food place in clinton county. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to have them take the order of someone who pulled up 60 seconds prior. Manager blamed a “trainee” and claimed to have a full drive thru and lobby which were lies. There was one vehicle ahead of me and one occupied table inside.

To whom it may concern:

I want to bring to the attention the multiple issues I have now had with this restaurant. I am so tired of coming to this establishment and them purposefully charging incorrectly menu items resulting in the consumer to pay more. Today was the third time this had happened. No other Burger King has messed up like this restaurant and something needs to be done before I start contacting the BBB and the news outlets as it seems you may be profiting at the expense of customers by not entering items in correctly.

Today, I ordered the 2 for $5.00 duo thing with two chicken sandwiches. I ordered a medium onion ring and an 8-piece mozzarella stick side. The menu on the drive thru screen was correct. I pulled up to the window and decided I would take a coke to drink since it was hot outside. I asked to add a coke. She takes my card, ran it for Order #23 at 1100am this morning. She hands me my drink and states “she needs my card back to run the second sandwich if I still wanted it.” I asked what she meant? She said she swapped my 2nd sandwich out for my coke. At no time did I ask her to do that. I asked to simply add a coke to the order. She told me I owed another $6.00 and some change for the second order which included my sandwich, which is order #25 at 11:02am. Crazy to think, I went from paying an extra $2.99 for a drink to over $6.00 for a mistake on the cashier.

After paying for the second order, the bag of food was brought out all nice and folded and since I was driving to Edwardsville from Highland, I decided to leave the food wrapped up so it would stay warm. LOW AND BEHOLD—–I get to work, and completely missing my mozzarella sticks. Funny, she could ask me at the window for the second time if I wanted marinara or something else, but, didn’t put the sauce or the sticks in the bag…..

***The first two times I went to this restaurant and ordered the 2 for $5.00 duo, between the time I ordered at the drive thru and got to the window, the duo was dropped off the order and it was replaced with the 2 sandwiches at full price. The first time you guys got me, the second time I went back and go my refund, and the orders corrected. Makes me truly wonder how many people you have taken advantage over this.

Highly disappointed in this restaurant!!!
