Apparently, everything here is slowly cooked to order. I don’t know why they even have a drive through, because you still have to wait in the parking lot for them to bring out your order of nothing that was available in the first place. I rarely come here, but that “rarely” will be becoming “never.” Nothing “fast” about this fat food dump. This is why Chick Fil’A’s business ecclipses this place. Garbage.

I had to start up videoing to show I been waiting at the front desk and not a soul in the kitchen. Then the people except one manager who took my order was nice. One manager called me something Mexican and I am Native American. I said just because we are brown we don’t look alike. The woman I spoke to who worked there as well in my video says nothing when I spoke to her she just looked at me. It’s like it cost nothing to speak. This place made me feel very uncomfortable.
One more thing the chicken was old I’ll post the pics to show what they gave me. I don’t have money to throw away and when I buy something I make my money count, being disabled my budget is limited but I really wanted to be treated with respect as I do everyone and when I spend money for a product I truly want it to be the way it’s supposed to be ..

Service needs work. Front person too busy gossiping with her coworker who is off about her love life, fixing her hair without washing her hands before handling food, not wiping the counter, and not greeting or thanking customers. The manager clearly is trying to keep her working while making sure food is cooking and everything else running. Basic customer service seems to have taken a hard hit, considering the other reviews.

Wish I could give a -20. There is always something going on at this store location. Either there aren’t enough people or they are running out of things. Right now you can only use the drive through so you are unable to go inside. However, they are consistently slow and three people have left the line while i’ve been sitting here for the past 20+ minutes waiting to pick up a door dash order. Food is going to be cold as hell as usual from this location. On top of that, the girl working the drive thru NEVER or barely ever mutes her headset so everyone outside gets to hear bits of what sounded like a pretty ratchet conversation. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. You could have gotten something to eat at a sit down restaurant with better food and better service for all this time spent waiting for what is supposed to be some fast food.

My son is a big fan of the Popeyes Spicy Chicken sandwich. He said this particular Metairie LA (NOLA area) was the best he’s every had including extra Spicy sauce. Overall the store seemed clean including restrooms. There did seem to be some active renovations taking place so I won’t doc them on points. Marquee sign among things needing replaced/repaired. Staff was courteous.

My wife went to buy food at this establishment, she bought 3 orders, and when she got home, they hadn’t included the complete meals, so I had to leave the house to go get them. I explained the situation to the girl who was working at the counter, she prepared the complete meals, put them in a bag, and literally threw them at me on the counter in a rude and disrespectful manner with a really nasty attitude!! I went to pick up some food, I wasn’t there to rob the place!! If you say anything to these people, they play the victim and call you a racist, and they’re even capable of staging a protest with the community pastor, but most of the time they provoke people to get angry with them, and rightfully so, because it seems like these establishments operate without professional supervisors or they’re terribly afraid of these employees, but this kind of treatment towards customers is tiring!! The worst part is that they always have a robot respond to these situations that happen in these establishments, and they always give you the same canned response (“Thank you for your feedback and we are working hard to improve our service”), but they never solve anything and they keep hiring brainless people who don’t understand that they have to interact with people, not animals, who are coming to buy their food!! Don’t go to this establishment; it’s better to look for other options like a restaurant or something simpler like buying a pizza where they won’t treat you badly!! They’ve lost a customer because this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated badly at this establishment, and it’s a shame because it’s only a minute from my house!! Someone needs to film them and expose them so that customers can see the kind of people they hire to run an establishment like this!!

The worst employees here! Rude and unprofessional! Get off your phone and focus on the customers! Can’t even get the orders right! Glad it’s just a pit stop on the way home because was terrible!
