It was pretty good. The bathroom was pretty clean. The ladies were pretty nice they just looked a bit tired. The food was good and they made it pretty fast. Overall it was alright.

Liz and the other sweet lady there was Phenomenal and patient when I was indecisive on what I wanted. Then I made my hubby’s order wrong and offered to buy another and they made a new one for free. And didn’t give any signs of resentment. Top notch customer service!

I placed an order for a BLT and I added extra bacon to it. I picked up my order and brought it home by the time I got home I opened up my sandwich and it had one strip of bacon in it. I don’t understand why they would put one piece of bacon in my sandwich service there sucks. They need to learn how to actually put protein in your sandwich instead of just one strip of bacon.

The bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned since the pandemic started. The mirror in the bathroom is an off centered glass shard duck taped to the wall. There was trash and food on the floor. The trash cans were overflowing. It was very unclean and the employees did not seem to notice nor care. The employees were having inappropriate and explicit conversations while serving us. The service was quite slow considering there were three employees in an empty restaurant. I would rather hunt for my own dinner than return to this Subway. So much for their outdated A+ health code rating from 2020

Shout my out to Linda, Leslie, April, Liz, Renee and another sweet lady (I hope I got most of the names right)! I Came up on Friday on my way to Lake Havasu. I placed an online pick up order. The place was a little busy but they still welcomed me as I entered. I had to use the restroom right away. It was clean. My sandwich’s were ready and still warm. One of the ladies made sure to ask if everything looked alright as I pick up my order. Sunday(Easter), I placed another online pick up order. Again, welcomed when I came in and someone even complemented my dress! It is very very rare to get this kind of service with just a pick up order. Very impressive. I had to call the store to personally give my appreciation. It’s a Sunday, a holiday and EVERYONE there was smiling. Traveling can be stressful and this was a highlight of my trip. Thank you!

I’d love to give a half star, one star is too much. No issues with staff but typical subway sandwich, no meat all sauce! The pics I’ll share will do it all the justice this slop deserves. By the way there were 5 tiny meatballs in this footlong. Stay away if you actually want some form of protein in your diet.

I been coming here for 6 years first time I have to say zero stars employee, did my sub at 4:51 pm April 1st 2024 terrible service I even asked if she can do my sub over in stead she just threw out some of the sub away and still served it to me . I didn’t get all my ingredients I paid for. I deserve a refund instead. Zero stars for this location hire better servers. She has no customer service skills.
