This is 15 days straight. I have came into Little Caesars to get a hot and ready pizza but yet the hot and ready warmer is completely empty and not ready. What’s the point in advertising hot and ready if you don’t actually have it just throw the warmer in the trash. They volunteered to cook your food every time and says they will be 10 to 15 minutes but I don’t have that long to wait. It’s literally 1 o’clock. There should be food.

Ordered 8 pizza, 6 pepperoni and two cheese, the basic hot and ready pizzas that everyone who has ever eaten here knows are $5.99. Placed the order over the phone , no total price was given and was not informed by the employee taking the order that the price had recently changed at this “specific” location. When arriving at the store we were charged 85 dollars. When asked why we were charged so much the employee stated that the manager choose to raise prices because of the interstate traffic. Sonic, Whataburger and McDonald’s right here in the same small town don’t charge differently. (Also right on the interstate). ANY business who thinks Price gouging is an acceptable business practice should be boycotted and put out of business. The fact that nothing was said or mentioned until after they charged us is ridiculous and unprofessional. When the order was placed we were already in Abilene, where they charge the amount that is advertised in all the commercials. Could have easily saved over 30 dollars if they would’ve bothered to tell us. I mean seriously, someone calls in an order for 8 pizzas and you don’t think to tell them you will be charging them an additional 30 dollars over the advertised price! Shame on you and your business practices.

I went there to order a whole pizza . The register man got money from customers and touched so many things he-went back to the kitchen area and started making pizza. They need to wear gloves or wash their hands before touching food.

After getting home we realized they made pizza wrong, I had to ask the employees for the rest of my order because the guy behind the desk could barely open his eyes(he literally asked me the same question 3 times in a row about the brownies I odered) just to get home and have to cook the(wrong) pizza the rest of the way ( under cooked crust on all 3) and add the pepperoni that was meant to be on it. We all really need places out here to do well so that we don’t have to rely on Abilene. This isn’t to hate…just do better!

Special order my son’s pizza due to acid reflux and lactose intolerance. I also pay extra. The first pizza was loaded with sauce and cheese. When I brought it to the clerks attention he assured me it was less sauce and less cheese. When I got it to the car it was 3 times as much as the original I took back. The mockingbird location is much better. I expect more from Little Cesar’s. Never had a problem before.

So this is what I have to say, I don’t believe the Clyde Little Caesars is giving you a most bestest pepperoni pizza when you order one. I think they’re just giving you a regular pepperoni pizza.

I left a 1 star review a few years ago for terrible service and the food being wrong.
But tonight I went to LC for an online pickup, they were very very far behind, I had to wait 20 minutes for my pizza but they were so kind and apologetic. The manager even reached out to apologize. That’s 5 star service for sure.
