My family has been coming here for at least 25 years and it has never disappointed us. The carne asada burritos have the best marinade and they have the best rolled taquitos. It’s a neighborhood staple and the family that owns it have always been so nice and kind.

The second worst chilaquiles that I’ve had. Dry, almost no flavor, my egg overcooked, most chips didn’t even have sauce and the ones that did have sauce were soggy, the beans are salty, small portion. Still no dine in after all the other restaurants opened. I’m not going back. There are so many good chilaquiles in Chula Vista, just about any other place. I read many good reviews before I went.

My family and I LOVE this place! We have lived across the street for years and they have always been so great friendly and patient with customers! Their food quality is very very consistent! The customer service amazing and is the entire reason I leave this review! This is a restaurant I will continue to return too and recommend to other!

I love this place! We’ve been coming here for years. It’s fabulous dining to me, however to others it may be considered a hole in the wall. My husband only, ever gets the shrimp quesadilla and says, “Look at all these shrimp just falling out of here!” I enjoy lots of their food but I always make sure to get the guacamole Mexicano with my meals. Can’t wait to visit next time I’m in the area

Let me tell you, when you dine in, they really give you a generous portion—much more than what you’d get with a to-go tray. I highly recommend dining in to get the best value. I’ve been coming here since I was little, and the staff is always very friendly with no issues ever. I do miss the little sauce serving area they used to have, but I understand it was removed due to the pandemic.
