Fantastico!
This restaurant is fabulous. Sat at the bar twice now with superb service!
The restaurant is exactly as it should be- attentive, calm and hospitable.
Atmosphere was exciting and the piano added a layer of elegance.
The FOOD! It was flavorful and the portions were spot-on. We have tried the lasagna, bruschetta, meatballs, steak, pistachio pasta, octopus, meat & cheese- all delicious.
We will be back many times!

Our party of four enjoyed every moment of our visit to Ciao Bella. Upon entry guests are greeted by the gentle sound of a piano. The service was outstanding with exceptional attention to detail. The food was delightful and worth the wait. The Wagyu was the star and the lasagna was also very well presented and tasty. The seafood in the pasta dish was slightly over cooked but did very little to dent an incredible dish and experience. For an appetizer, definitely get the bruschetta. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back soon.

The food is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the atmosphere is unlike anything else in Murphy. If you haven’t tried this restaurant, you are doing yourself a disservice: Hands-down, it is the best new restaurant in Murphy, North Carolina. Whether you’re visiting or local, if you want fantastic food in an incredible atmosphere, this is the place to be. Don’t believe me? Just look at the picture of my duck. My wife and I have been here many times and have never been disappointed.

What turned out to be a wonderful experience with a mixture of everything that matters with regards to a dining experience. From the first impressions from the atmosphere and the employees to the cuisine, being something that is not available for a distance, seems to loosen the mood and the pallet. A wonderful experience from the cocktails to the appetizers to the cuisine, this was a superb display of perfection with regards to a restaurant. Many thanks to the staff and ownership of Ciao Bella in Murphy Nc, for your exceptional quality of service, patronage, and cuisine. A very good experience which I plan to revisit often.

Service and Atmosphere were excellent, they have a live piano player and a smaller reserved seating arrangement, although we were able to be seated on a friday night with no reservation in as little as 5 min. Note, this is a high cuisine menu, featuring 4 courses. Each portion is small and intended to be so. I ordered the salmon, and duck. Wife ordered alfredo and lobster. Lobster is served whole including inerds. Salmon was raw or lightly smoked. Perfectly acceptible in “higher” circles. This place caters to a particular lifestyle so do your research in the reviews and know what it is.

Had a reservation for 3 at 6:15. We were seated and told there was no spaghetti and meatballs, and when we asked for iced tea was told they don’t serve it. How does an Italian place run out of spaghetti and meatballs 2 hours after opening?? The only other entrees were all seafood or a 40oz steak for $100. We left and had a great dinner at Legends instead.

Great new restaurant in Murphy. Daniel served us with professionalism and assurance. The lasagna was awesome. My only concern was that the food could have been warmer from the kitchen. Everyone at our table was happy with their food. The bread, while it’s not provided free, was also delicious.

Amazing. Our server, Holly, was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The chef, Dean, checked on us to make sure our meals were prepared correctly. The food was delicious. The ambience was soothing and pleasant. I can’t recommend Ciao Bella enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Mr. “R” was an amazing server (I’d put his real name if I could pronounce it). I’ve been there 4 times and I have loved my meal each and every time!! Tonight I had spaghetti wrapped in eggplant and pistachio cheesecake and they were both to die for!!

First off, a “house” old fashioned is 16 dollars. It was made by a cook, as it didn’t seem like they had a bartender. Not a gripe, just an observation. As far as food, I ordered the 20 layer lasagna. The noodles were cooked nicely. That is about all I can say nice for the dish. The sauce was thin, and tasted like store bought tomato sauce. I could taste a hint of basil, but other than that the sauce was mostly flavorless and thin. The dish was supposed to come with bechamel and short rib, but I could not taste any or see any. The filling between all the layers was sparse to say the least. I counted 14 layers, and between those layers, one had identifiable meat (on the absolute corner) and 5 layers had identifiable cheese. The cheese on top was nice, and I appreciated the sauce on the outside around the dish, but as I said, it was not very flavorful or substantive. I found myself pulling apart the layers, and mixing it with the sauce on the side to try and have some sort of flavor. The 20 layer lasagna should just be renamed to “noodle cake”. For 22 dollars, I could deconstruct a can of chef boyardee and get a similar taste and have a more filling meal. If you are looking to have a drink with your meal, I’d suggest going downstairs for cheaper drink options. The ambiance is nice, and the cooks seemed earnest, but for the price, I would expect more. 48 dollars for one drink and one small piece of noodle cake.

Also there is a naked woman in the bathroom for some reason. 3/10.
