I bought a tuna fish sandwich, and they respectfully helped me select the ingredients I needed. The food was soooo fresh and vegetables were so cool and fresh!

I’ve ordered from this Subway branch multiple times and usually really enjoy their food and service. But this time, there was a middle-aged lady making the food, and my takeaway order was completely wrong—I ordered two veggie patty subs (take out) but received two veggie delight subs instead. I tried calling the store several times for help but got no response. I also reached out to Uber Eats, but that didn’t help either. I’m honestly really frustrated with how this was handled. This is the only branch in Bloomington that has the veggie patty, so it’s extra disappointing to not get what I ordered. I hope someone from this branch’s management sees this and helps me resolve this.

The management at this location is openly aggressive, and it shows in every part of the experience. There’s constant pressure to move faster, no matter the cost, and it’s clearly affecting food quality. Sandwiches are sloppily made, ingredients are thrown together, and mistakes are common because speed is prioritized over care. The staff looks stressed and tense, which isn’t surprising given how they’re being pushed. This place didn’t used to be like this, but it’s gone downhill fast under current management.

Unprofessional service. I’ve been here twice before but this time has prompted a review. The price for the same sandwich keeps increasing, and (the same server) does not follow instructions properly to make food.
Ordered through app today and got there early. I was the only customer in the store. The one worker (same person as mentioned above) was on their phone. Told me i had to wait until within 5 min of the mobile app pickup time to start making food. This is ridiculous.
The food today was not toasted and i saw flies on the vegetables. Will not eat here ever again.

Ferry and Mantaj were super friendly and welcoming. They made my sandwich just the way I wanted, with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. Their service was fast, professional, and with a smile. Definitely recommend visiting this location if you want amazing food and excellent customer service!

The bigger issue here is leadership. The staff doesn’t seem trained, supported, or confident, and it shows in how chaotic everything feels. That usually points to bad management. You can feel the tension in the room, and it makes ordering feel awkward instead of routine.

This location feels chronically disorganized, and instead of owning mistakes, management takes it out on customers. Simple requests turn into defensiveness, and any confusion is treated like it’s your fault. The employees seemed overwhelmed, which explains a lot. Not a welcoming experience.

This is the only time I had a subway employee fight with me about the amount of cucumbers I wanted on my sandwich. I only wanted like 3 lines of them on my sandwich and they fought with my like they were the last cucumbers on the planet. Like bruh you have a whole container of them in front of you and nobody else is even near this Subway. Like the entirety of campus is on break right now who else are you going to serve cucumbers to? The sandwich slapped in the end though. Just a little annoyed about the argument about cucumbers.
