$50 + order and all but one of my flavors was incorrect we ordered 5 different flavors . I ordered 3 meals which they mixed into two containers ( this has happened multiple times ). Fries were way over seasoned they were too much to eat and enjoy. And the wings are so dry they don’t give you any sauce in the containers anymore. Food was cold and overall unenjoyable.

Just here for my casual lunch break, placed my order and went to go wash my hands before i eat. Soon as i got back to the lobby as i filled my drink i went to sit down, and got ready to eat. The front guy name Q took my order and also delivered my tray to me! Absolutely right on time after i went to get ready to eat! Service in doors was a great experience. Shout out to Q for the service he provided

I had came in, made my order, and by the time I had got to sit down they had already been almost done with my order. The restaurant is pretty clean for the most part, and I got to watch some football on their big TVs while I ate my meal. The employee who gave me my order who I assume is the manager was very courteous and thorough about my order.

We haven’t been to this Wingstop in more than 6 months. The last time the wings were too fatty and gross. Well….it has gotten worse. The wings were a bit fatty, the fries portion was so small and not the usual type they used to have. The carrot sticks and celery sticks were ultra tiny! Not worth what we paid. Very disappointed! We aren’t going back. They were out of ice. The portions have really gotten small.

So lately, this location has stepped up their food game with our orders which in the past, i opted to going to a different location regardless of how far away from my home was which is closer to this location. Well, tonight is a whole different story. I placed my order to be delivered and to our surprise, we received someone else’s older. We had it resent thru the app and guess what…. Wrong order again!!! I’ve called the store number for over 2 hours and no answer. After the second wrong delivery, my daughter and I drove to the location and was greeted with a few men dealing with the same issue. I returned both bags of food and of course, I asked for the manager. He claimed he was the manager and wanted to know how I wanted to proceed with the mishap. Now, I haven’t ate all day and I’m hungry so I wanted me and my daughters food. I asked him did he know how to read cause he couldn’t get the order correct. Unfortunately a gentlemen there before me had the same issue and they guy( manager) wanted to catch an attitude when he told him to recreate the order and he still messed it up. This location need to do a better job in getting help that first of all can read, have better customer service and have better communication skills, especially when your the manager.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Wingstop was worth sharing. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it, but what really stood out was the service. Ty went above and beyond—friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right before I left. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Ty made the visit feel personal. Definitely coming back, and I’ll be asking for Ty again.

Trash. Don’t go to this location. We’ve given them a few chances and I’m done with them. No ice, cold fries, cold wings, our strips were also cold, food was so greasy the bag tore at the bottom. I understand the food is fried but this was ridiculously greasy.

Zach (or Zachery) gave my wife and me a truly wonderful experience. We recently visited the Saginaw location and, to my surprise, it has the same owner as this location, Avondale Haslet. The difference in service and quality here, though, is night and day, and far superior.
The food was fantastic, and the service was above and beyond anything we’ve experienced. From the moment Zach took our order, he checked in with us, reassured us that everything was being prepared just right, and delivered exactly what we asked for: well-done, well-seasoned, extra-wet wings.
When the food arrived, hand-delivered by the man, the myth, the legend himself, it was perfect. To top it off, Zach checked back in at the end to make sure everything came out the way we wanted. The rest of the team even wished us a pleasant evening as we wrapped up.
We couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. Big thanks to Zach and the whole team for making it such a great experience. S/o the cooks as well! I know they were a factor in our excellent meal.
