I see some negative reviews but I have always liked Chipotle. They offer pretty decent, healthy, inexpensive meal for a chain fast food restaurant. Their ingredients are fresh, never frozen, they make their own guacamole and stuff are usually nice and courteous in my experience. Thanks for cooking.

I was so hungry coming back from LA that I looked for tye 1st Chipotle I could find. It was between this one with 3.6 stars and another with 3.8 stars 10 minutes away or waiting until El Cajon.
My husband warned me and I didn’t listen. I read the reviews and thought how bad could it be. Well it was bad, food wise, service was great.
End of the night something was wrong with that food and I’m happy there was smaller than usual portions as the other reviews said because this burrito was the only food I eat all day and ten minutes after eating it I got the worst stomach cramps that lasted into the night. Thank you Pepto Bismo, no thank you old Chipotle. Please check y’all food temperature thing or whatever before the health inspector comes because there’s norovirus or something up in there.
Edit: I followed up with the customer service people and they are looking into what happened futher! Thank you manager guy for reaching out, hopefully y’all food handling protocols improve!

The manager Robert Kupelian was very accommodating for my wife and her celiac disease. He didn’t have any issues with our requests. It made my wife feel very welcomed. Great food!

I had two people help me in here (the one making my bowl and the one at the register). Both of them seemed very rude and did not communicate in a kind manner. I know it’s fast environment that they work in and that they deal with some not so amazing people but that is only so much of an excuse. On top of this the lady at the register charged use for guacamole on both bowls we got even though we didn’t get guac. I also had one of our bowls basically half filled with food but obviously charged full price. Just an interesting experience.

Great location, delicious food per usual , thankful for the friendly young man at the counter who was professional and welcoming. The tables could use some cleaning but the customer service made up for the messy dinning area, considering this is a busy location.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. Slow to prepare the food, they were out of 3 different items in the serving bins (lettuce, white rice, carne asada), only 2 flavors of soda were working and the ice machine was broken. 4 tables were filthy, and the restroom was horrible! And the toilet paper in the dispenser was soaked with water (hopefully it was water) To top it off the lettuce had many brown spots and looked old, and the salad with chicken as the protein was very bland and sub-par. This location needs a new manager.

Great food! Omar and Sidney did a wonderful job explaining the intricacies of barbacoa vs carne asada and helping with our large order. Thank you!

This is really the worst Chipotle (and one of the worst restaurants in general) I’ve gone into, and I’ve given it a few tries. I’m assuming it’s because I’ve mostly gone in at the end of the night, but the tables, drink area, and the assembly line are so dirty and gross every time. Last time I was there, the couple in front of me had to come back in to show the employees the queso they were given which was old, brown, and chunky. They didn’t even get an apology. Honestly this location has completely grossed me out as far as Chipotle as a whole.

As all of you know, the staff makes or breaks a chipotle location. Most of the folks here are amazing! I’m only posting because it seems like the managers seem to be the issue here, and it even carried through to the food today. The manager today @ 12:40 yelled out for more honey chicken after I ordered it, then just scooped a spoonful of about 75% honey sauce and a few piece of chicken and slopped on the burrito. I asked how much for regular chicken to add more, and he said 4 something, so I just went ahead and let him finish making this thing. It was so disgusting I couldn’t finish half of it. It was just honey paste with rice wrapped in a tortilla. The way he was micromanaging the others, who were actually very kind and welcoming really rubbed me wrong as well. The people who aren’t managers are just doing their best. They are friendly and care about your burritos and here this guy is yelling at a kid he can’t be out in the open during his break drinking his water.
