This is by far the best Culver’s we’ve been to. Everyone is always so friendly, especially Heather working the drive thru. Friendly employees like her shouldn’t be taken for granted, they are what makes your restaurant stand out above the rest! Food is always fresh!

Disappointed. Concrete mixer was not mixed. Cheeseburger was maybe room temperature. Fries were warm- not hot. We waited longer than usual and our order was subpar.

I took my lunch break at this Culver’s location at noon today. I went in since the drive through was busy. lol was in and out of there with my order, in 10 minutes. Great work Hartland Culver’s team. I’ll definitely return to this location.

I’m now convinced the local misfits hate me. I moved to this town a few years ago, and immediately liked that there was a Culver’s not too far from me. After unloading the last of my boxes, I navigated my way and excitedly ordered a chicken tenders basket. The girl at the window giggled the entire time we interacted, and when I got home I had brown crispy tenders, crunchy stale fries and a Diet Pepsi (at the time they served Pepsi products), instead of the regular ordered. I thought nothing of it until the next time I went a few weeks later and ordered the same meal, with the same level of giggling at the register and the same poorly made food. Cut to tonight, I’ve been trying to utilize my local services instead of driving into Brookfield where I’m much more comfortable and accepted. I ordered the cod dinner no lemon wedge, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. The SAME GIRL still working the counter, still giggling when I handed over my card, and this time I get THREE lemon wedges in my dinner! Sour fish isn’t my thing, so naturally I’m irritated, but also, I’m beyond tired of these little people with their terrible attitudes and horrible service. I will never be back to this location. You’ve won.

Culvers Hartland is a good take-out place when you’re in a pinch for dinner and feeding kids. Food is pretty good and take-out wait is not too long. We were there on a Thursday at 5:45 pm– Drive up line was busy and long. Seems to be a favorite in the area.
You park while you wait for take-out to be run up to your car. When busy, parking is messy, tight. Parking is on a street & a bit dangerous. Careful backing up. Tip the Runner Staff. They’re quick, it’s a tough job.
