Most likely will never go back (which sucks, convenient spot close to practice), was maybe 4 or 5 cars in drive through and zero people inside when I walked in and 4 employees and they not only waited till they filled ALL drive through orders and a FEW new ones that drove up after I walked in but then 3 other people came in behind me and they finally decided to take orders (but still filled them not im order)… took well over a half hour to order and get a single burger and fry! They acted like there was literally 40 orders being filled and yelling and complaining at each other etc, never have I experienced such a thing in a NOT so busy fast good burger place….

This Burger King has extremely long wait times. Multiple times that I’ve been here I’ve sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes before my order is taken. I had a mobile order that wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after my quoted time. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t let you cancel orders after they’re placed so I was stuck waiting to not lose money… 0 stars

In my experience it’s always been understaffed, and the employees are always bickering and yelling at each other. Expect long wait times for food as well, about 20 mins even when no one is in line ahead of you.

They never let you know when they dont have the toys in. They atleast replace it with a cookie but kiddo was still upset. Kids food was warm and fresh but my mozzarella sticks were cold.

Don’t get a kids meal and expect a toy they gave my kids paper kids size cups as toys called because I thought it was a mistake nope then the lady refused to answer how the kids are supposed to use a cheap cup as a toy. The manager proceeded to set me down on the counter tell her employees that I was going on about the cups blah blah blah in those words and then the employees also stood around and talked about appointments they had that morning and other things and I sat on the counter until I hung ten minutes later… absolutely unacceptable and again what in the actual heck in what world is a paper cup alone a toy. I will not go back unless someone fixes this! I have three extremely disappointed kids.
