It was me and a few other friends, we went through the drive threw around 11 something at night almost 12 close to their closing time, we ordered our food got to the window, the women at the window WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! We ordered extra ranch for our food which they charged us 50 cents per extra for, we then had to wait on our food which was fine no big deal. We got our food then looked we had no ranch we asked for extra ranch again, and young boy went to the window grabbed the ranch I got out to grab he then threw the ranch at me, I then picked the ranch up and threw it back at him, then he comes after me meanwhile their was two other boys with me, my boyfriend and cousin they get out he then gets the manager, who proceeded to cuss us, and threaten us, she then said we was threatening under age kids. If they are underage their license are restricted they are not to be out past 10:00pm, so their for they was not underage, we then are leaving she still proceeded to cuss out of the window calling us HORRIBLE NAMES!!! Their was two boys who was out their when the ranch was thrown the one boy went back inside. But the boy with the brown hair who wanted to start a fight. U need to lose your job truly. When then call to file a complaint, the manger then gets on the phone cusses us, threatens us once again, so definitely do not recommend Wendy’s in Ronceverte, VERY RUDE MANGER, and HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!! They also enjoy vaping while carrying your food out to you that was the brown hair boy as well. So to the brown hair boy not a clue your name, but know what you look like, if you have no more respect for people then maybe you should not be working with the public. Enough said.

Great employees, great food. Unfortunately there is lack of discipline in the younger employees in the matter of using foul language. I will always come back and enjoy their food. I’m sure this will be addressed. Looking forward to my next visit!

Ate half my burger on my lunch break and spotted black hair sticking out of the corner of cheese. Pulled it and realized it was melted onto the cheese I threw the rest away! I’ll not eat there again!!!

11-28-2028 – Today my mom went here to eat here and there was absolutely no heat on in this place. It was extremely cold in this place. So cold even with a jacket on it was to cold to sit down and eat in this place. This is absolute ridiculous to have this place open with no heat on when its 31 degrees outside. If you could rate this place a zero star I would.
7-22-2025 – Today this place gets a rating of a 1 star, the worst ever. This is a picture of the service that a customer who is a relative of mine, got today from this place. Completely uncalled for in every way. In this picture, you will notice the chicken nuggets that she received has a bite taken out of every one of them. That was not from her. That was the way she received them from this fast food place.
8-27-2022 – the food and everything here was good but the downfall is the line is so long you were there for a good 20 to 30 minutes before you can order and get your food so I’m reading it as a three due to that issue.

Food is good. I love eating at Wendy’s! Bathrooms are clean. It does take a few minutes to get your food sometimes. I eat up here everytime I go to Lewisburg. I would recommend, but if you don’t want to go there that’s ok
