Today was my first visit here. I ordered the chicken Philly and it was still piping hot when I got back to work- 5 -10 mins up the road.. There were 2 orders in front of mine but I received my food fairly quickly. The cashier was nice and personable. To the owner, I would consider revamping and refreshing the lobby area. Good food and the current lobby doesn’t really go well. To the manager on duty, I would suggest keeping the music behind the counter to a minimum to maintain a professional establishment.
Will I return, yes!

I’ve eaten at this place with my fiancé a few times so far, usually late at night since they’re open till 2am and we usually get the burger and wing combo, it’s always been hot and delicious! The burgers are so juicy and perfectly charred, and the wings are crispy and tender. I definitely recommend!

Received 2-10 wing combo (BOGO deal on Uber Eats). Everything was great for a late night meal! I do believe that my driver did have to wait a bit longer than expected. Not sure if this was due to it being late night or not.

I visited this restaurant for lunch. When I walked in, it was a little more spacious than when the last restaurant had been there. They could stand to replace a couple of the ceiling tiles, but the dining room was clean and service was quick. I had chicken tenders and french fries and although the fries could have been a little hotter, the chicken tenders were hot and delicious. The tea was good as well. Despite the name, this is not a sandwich shop. That was a little misleading to me. It’s not a bad place to stop for a quick little bite to eat, but this restaurant is nothing fancy. The wait staff was nice and service was quick though.

Use to deliver Doordash and received many orders for this place. Food always looked and smelled good. Large menu. I got the cheesecake sandwich and it was delicious. All of the employees have always been very nice. An unknown gem to many in the area just because of the location.

I had a good experience here. The place seemed clean inside, and everyone that worked there was nice and friendly. The food didn’t take long at all to come out. I got the chicken fried rice. Tasted very good and the portions were a lot, almost more than I could eat. I’d definitely stop here again.

First time going to American Deli and ordered the Philly steak and cheese combo with fries and wings, I get home, and there is no meat on my sub, only mustard, lettuce and cheese . Called the American Deli in Burlington’s Cum Park plaza and get nothing but a voicemail and it seems like a personal cell phone number. I will not be eating there again. Btw, I live 20 minutes away from American Deli

The American deli in Burlington nc. Has to be the worst place to eat ever. Myself and my wife walked in the restaurant had a funky smell like dirty mop water. They also had the music so loud you could barely hear someone talking to you. So we ordered two steak and cheese subs, the guy at the register could not speak English very well, nor could we really understand him. That should have been my note to leave but we ordered and stayed. So we got the food. That had to be the worst steak sandwich I ever had in my life. It was almost a whole green pepper on my sandwich. The steak was not seasoned at all. The fries were not cooked all the way. They didn’t have any sweet tea available. We tried to eat what we could but mid way thru eating we gave up, it was just to unbearable. The sandwich got more disgusting with every bite. It cost us 22 dollars for this disgusting meal. I would say eat there at your own risk. For me never again.

My family ordered from this restaurant for the first time to try out their cheesesteaks. My husband was highly disappointed in the portion size for my sandwich when he arrived to pick up my order. The amount of steak only covered half of the actual bun. My husband shared his displeasure with the portion size and asked if the sandwich could be corrected, he was instructed that it would be extra. Highly disappointed that the quality and customer service did not match the previous reviews. First impressions matter and I do not believe I will be visiting again.

It is listed online that they close at 2AM. We waited in the long line, then finally got to the speaker to order. No one said anything for minutes, then proceeded to tell us that they close at 1:45. When other times, I have been waited on later than 1:45.
