I went due to the high and favorable ratings and was disappointed. Restaurant staff was not friendly at all.

I ordered Tom Kha (coconut soup) but was given the Tom Yum (lemongrass soup). The Tom Yum was tasteless with tiny bits of lemongrass a 2 star rated dish. I did not want to tell the staff about the wrong soup as they didn’t seem happy to be serving anyone. My partner said next time we can try the Tom Kha, but for me and this restaurant there will be no next time. I also ordered Pa Nang red curry with shrimp. Very small serving and sweet with very little peppers and mushrooms.

I called before arriving to see what their covid seating was and was informed that it would be take out containers but there was seating available. I sat outside in a sad looking outdoor seating area and even though it is summer time all the flower boxes were empty. No effort or pride taken to make the outdoor seating area inviting or presentable.

I gave the Thai food a 3 star rating and it’s more accurately a 2+ stars. Its my opinion that if you have had Thai food before this one is far from anything good. If you like just okay Thai food, you should be very pleased. My meal cost just under $30 and I can’t recommend this place to my friends and would not return. I am baffled at the 4+ stars rating on Google.

Great Thai food at a good price for Santa Fe. We love this place. They get a bit busy so order your food to go 1.5 hours before you want it. The portions are good sized and the flavors a really good. Remember Thai food gets it flavor from the amount of ‘spice’ you get. I would not order less spiciness than medium so that the flavor is still pronounced.

So glad to have found this small take-out Thai restaurant! At least once a week, I pick up food. All have been delicious. My favorite is the Drunken Noodles, Basil Fried Rice and the Lemongrass Soup. I am happy that they now have online ordering since they get so busy. Sometimes it is hard to get through on the phone. Their busiest time is around 5-6:30, so order early for a later pickup.

Don’t listen to the bad review. They are a small family business and yes they usually take a while to make the food. It’s fresh, totally authentic and really good. I used to live in Thailand so I’m picky for that home cooked flavor. Plan ahead and don’t be in a hurry. I love this place! We are so lucky to have them here in Eldorado. the best Thai in Santa Fe!

I just had the most amazing red curry (C5) in years. Having lived in NYC and LA I have had some great Thai cooking in my life.

Nam is an awesome cook, bravo! Her red curry is at the top of my list, right on the level of Tasty Food To Go (Thai, Laotian and Cambodian fusion on 10th street Long Beach CA)

5 stars Nam!!!!

Our first time here. For appetizers: the chicken wings were good, but butterfly shrimp were not (they were regular fried shrimp, not tempura, and fried pretty hard and dry). Pad thai with shrimp…oh, soooo good! Stir fry cashew with beef….. Delicious! We will go back, even though it was a 25 minute drive, but will also check out some places closer to home.

Our 5th or 6th time getting take-out! Always great! We’ve been missing Thai for years here in Santa Fe!!!! I could eat this every night! Very good quality and flavor!!! Wish the price was $2-3 less per entree.

I was excited to discover decent Thai Food in the Santa Fe area, but was very disappointed by a recent experience. My partner called to place an order and the person on the end of the phone was so rude he left her in tears. I called to check on the order, with the intention of being patient about anything, before heading over and the person on the phone was rude to me right away! Turned out he was the owner. He proceeded to continue to be rude and ultimately I decided to cancel an order that I was planning on picking up. I’m disappointed because I liked the food, but the owner made both of us feel so bad, I can’t go back!

Had take-out dinner. Tried the green curry soup with shrimp. Ordered it hot. Wow! Really amazing. Some of the best Thai I’ve ever had. Very creamy with strong coconut and spices.

Thai Bistro is clean, fresh, and delicious. The drunken noodles, Tom yum, red curry, and vegetable spring rolls were incredible and so flavorful. Grateful to have this restaurant in the area.
