She was rude, always rolling her eyes with every ingredient choice and she smelt AWFUL! I wanted to ask for another employee. first of all, my wife’s sub was soggy and untoasted, Both of our subs were falling apart and not properly cut, and the icing on the cake? they were wrapped upside down so when we unwrapped them, everything in the inside damn near fell out. This is so inexcusable considering I ordered that online and watched them finish making it in real time and they handed me my order. And obviously they don’t want anybody complaining ab the restaurant bc it’s almost impossible to file a damn complaint. This subway sucks and so does the damn staff. It’s a sub, how hard is it to make? When did you make the sub??? Six years ago???

Went to get me and my mom lunch ordered 2 footings, one being a spicy Italian With everything on it, the other being a subway club with everything on an add Black olives. I got to my destination to eat, and the only thing that was on the subs was meat and bread nothing more. Took pictures of the subs, Called and spoke to the manager and she was just playing out rude and acted like she did not care and said that she made the subs and she knew that they were right. As soon as I told her, I took pictures her attitude changed and she was like well. You can bring the subs back up here and I’ll make you another one. Worst subway ever! Not very polite Customer service. That was a complete waste of $30

When I went to get our dinner, there was no wait, but the young lady at the front was getting my order and got yelled at by the other lady that was at the drive thru window, she told her she needed to throw her gloves away and not to do it again, the young lady that was waiting on me politely, quick talking and shut down, the other lady came and asked her if she wanted to her to take over, and she did. She finished our sandwiches. I understand customer service I also understand being a nurse that you discipline in private and praise in public. I’m not happy about my experience in that environment last night as I have just gotten off work from long hours. I wish that young lady luck and maybe a career there but I highly doubt it the way the other employee talked to her. Much luck and God bless!!

We love Subway. It’s a great buy for a delicious sandwich. The shop was clean, the service was great, and sandwiches were pleasantly stuffed with all of the choice meats, veggies, and sauces we chose. The bread was fresh and the freshmade cookies were yummy. Thank you Subway, for a job well done!

We have no idea what one of our sandwiches was. It definitely was not what we ordered. The other sandwich was barely wrapped, was not toasted as ordered, was a total mess of ingredients, and not enjoyable at all. Took several minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence when I was finally able to pull up to the window after sitting over 5 minutes at the order location speaker.

I would put 0. I went thru the drive thru, Saturday Nov 20th only because I had a gift card. It’s always terrible food but thought I would give it go. As usual my sandwich was absolutely terrible. Please see pick below, it was so squished it was the size of candy bar with hardly no toppings on it. So sad, if only the food was even a little close to the commercials on tv, such a joke.,
