This Arby’s location was one of the best that I have been to. The service was a little slow but I will take that for getting fresh hot food over quick service with old and cold food any time. Their facility was very clean and customer service was top notch. Thanks for a great dining experience. Will definitely visit again when back in the area and recommend to everyone to visit.

went inside after waiting almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. the staff was nice! i order two buffalo sliders and they had tiny pieces of chicken in them. i always have issues with the food never the staff. i just expect better quality for the price i pay.

The turnover of counter personnel is unbelievable at this location. They never get the order right, and they don’t know how to ring up their coupons. Update Not much has changed at this Arby’s location; they still have curly fries, roast beef sandwiches with red sauce, and tremendous turnover in the people working here. And the diet Dr. Pepper is half foam. Update. 9/1/2023
The fountain dispenser still spews soda and no catsup on the condiment dispenser tray. Also, onion buns have been over-toasted. Classic sandwich and curly fries remain the same.

After a short day of shopping we stopped for some nourishment and had a coupon for 2 can dine for $10.00,we each got a medium drink,curly fries,roast beef and cheese sandwich and 6 mozzarella sticks to share. The food was very good ,fresh hot n juicy,it was plenty for a lunch fill up at a great price.We will return even with out a coupon,for an another great lunch experience.
Sept.-02-2021 stopped at the drive thru to get a sandwich and ordered a prime rib cheese steak ,fries and a soda and a SW chicken Wrap. Did not stop to eat the sandwich until I got to my appointment. after taking two bites i noticed that the peppers were very good but i asked myself WHERE’S THE BEEF!!!
This sandwich had NO MEAT. What i did have was good, fresh bun/roll
and tasty peppers, not too filling. My wife said the chicken wrap was very good. We eat their often but will pass by
and visit the Arby’s in Beckley for a while.
It just seemed as though the staff was new and not focused on
quality customer service.

Went through the drive thru and I ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich with curly fries and a coke. Also got a 8 piece of the jalapeno bites. Once I received the food I was given a mashed up ball of half cooked jalapeno bites that were still frozen in the center. Then I was given a roast beef sandwich with just meat and bread, not the cheesesteak sandwich which I wanted to try. I went back into the store and the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal, they did replace the food for the correct sandwich, but the jalapeno bites were the same as before one big frozen lump of bites with the center still frozen a little. Every other time I’ve been there the food was very good and the service even better, maybe they were just having a off day, which I get cause we all have them, but to mess up on the second time, needless to say I won’t be back.

Seems like this restaurant is going downhill quick.
Never can get the condiments out of the dispenser, always empty. you have to ask for packets. They give you everything in a to go bag. Luckily the food is still good.
