good wings, got a 15 piece hot with fries. wings were great, ranch was great, fries were pretty bad by themselves but went really well with the food. i ordered with doordash pickup, was direct. i spent probably 2 minutes in there then left. better then zaxbys wings.

I never leave reviews for restaurants but today me and my boyfriend went and order wings and I ate a few wings but then after I got one that smelled so bad like rotten chicken and I almost threw up I spit it out that wasn’t the only wing that smelled bad this is my first time experiencing this from this location I’m not sure if they left it thawing out during the storm and then used it today but I really hope I don’t get sick I myself work in fast food so this is unacceptable

Let me start off by saying trash food a waste of $25. Now let me explain I went to American deli in Newnan and the food was good. Full stuffed subs so I kept coming back. We moved to a hotel in Gainesville Georgia and this American deli was the closest and we were shopping at the near by store so I went in to get dinner because it was getting late. So the fries were overcooked and so was the meat on the subs so overcooked it was dried out and placed on a rubberized bun because the fries and sub was overcooked it didn’t last the less than 5 mile drive back to the hotel. The sub remained overcooked and underfilled mostly rubber bun was served to me and the fries were overcooked soggy fries that I jad to throw away when I got back. This was not worth the $25 I wasted and I will never return no matter the response they five on this review. This location is horrible pictures Don’t lie covering the sub in overcooked fries does not fill the cheese steak sub

terrible service I called multiple times and never got a response even though they answered, asked me to hold so I did and then once they said something, and I tried to reply they hung up, I called back. They answered no no response. Nobody talking like I’m talking to myself, which is not right in the restaurant establishment. I believe this is so rude.

The Hispanic woman at the front who takes orders is very rude. I paid extra for extra cheese and got the regular amount put on there. When I told her that, she tried to charge me more. That is poor customer service and skimping on trivial things like cheese

This is the second time I’ve called ahead to order and been told the food would be ready in 10 minutes, only to arrive and the food hadn’t even been started . I asked the cashier why, and she said they don’t “sauce” the wings until the customer pays. The cooks hadn’t even dropped the wings or the frys, and this is the SECOND time this has happened . Not sure what the point of taking orders over the phone and giving a time the order will be completed, If you aren’t going to start the order until the customer is physically there and they have to wait once they are there. Either don’t take over the phone orders or take payments over the phone.

How can i possibly leave negative stars? I ordered thru uber eats from this location ($50 order) on 9/23. My order went thru 3 drivers! My order was due at 7pm and it didnt arrive until 840p i think. I called the location, and because it was an Uber order, the lady told me she couldnt do anything about the order, or refund my money. Then she lied and told me that they have nothing to do with the order being late. She had given the order to each driver and had to remake the order each time. Well i never received the order (which is definitely on Uber), but between uber customer service and American Deli ( i highly doubt the *American*), no one can seem to get my money back to me. The uber driver told me she dropped off the order….BUT ONLY HER AND GOD KNOWS WHERE! It was supposed to be delivered to me in my hand at a business. I gave her specific directions on how to get to me, BUT AGAIN SHE DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!
Its now 9pm and i am looking at eating fast food or pizza because everything else is closed. Im fresh out of $50 bucks
