Saturday afternoon lunch. Restaurant was busy. Not a lot of atmosphere but, dining room was clean. We shared a combo plate with Philly Cheesesteak, 5 wings, fries and a drink. Ordered the wings dry with lemon pepper. They were great! Fries came out hot. Philly Cheesesteak (no bell pepper) was also very good. Ordered wings to go for an expected snowy evening. We will be back..especially for the wings.

I recently placed an online order for two entrees and drinks. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that my drink was not included. While that was disappointing, I continued with my pickup.
Upon checking my food, I noticed that the wings I received were the wrong flavor. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told that the wings were correct and that the issue was only the sauce, which contained black specks that I found unacceptable. I requested a refund for the wings, but the staff member made the process unnecessarily difficult, even though all I wanted was a straightforward resolution.
I am requesting a refund or appropriate resolution for this order, as it did not meet the expected quality standards. I hope this can be addressed promptly.

Waters Ave location. Food was great. However, they need to implement customer service training at the order/payment counter. I felt rushed to order and this was my first visit in store–the person at the counter must have been told “get em in and out.” I could barely look over the menu before I was repeatedly asked “what’s your order, what’s your order…” such a turn off.

If you’re looking for service with a smile, you will not get it here. What you will get is a tasty, but small, chicken wing and a yummy Philly on soft bread. A for the food F because every single time I come the cashier looks like it’s physically painful for them to crack at least a half smile.

I normally enjoy this restaurant but they must have changed the wing sauce recipe or something!!! Chicken wings were old, lemon pepper tastes like water!! It was terrible! We spoke with the manager, we asked if we could get the food replaced with a different sauce. He told us he could give us fried rice or French fries! So disappointed!!!

I ordered hot wings and was really disappointed with the quality. The wings were overcooked, dried out, and hard—almost inedible. It honestly felt like they had been cooked earlier in the day and then reheated after I placed my order. For a fresh meal, especially something as simple as wings, I expected much better. If I’m paying for freshly made food, I expect it to be just that—fresh. This felt careless and rushed, and it completely ruined the meal. I won’t be back.

Had a cheesesteak with fries and a drink. A good value, and the fries were pretty good, but I lived in Philadelphia and I’ve had quite a few cheesesteaks. This cheesesteak was so greasy that it soaked through the bun and made the bottom really kinda gross. You have to drain off the grease before you put the meat in the bun. Plus, a better bun itself would have helped – gotta have a little crunch to the bread!

My visit was pleasant. Had a cheese steak sammie, and it was like being in Philadelphia again. Wings tasted good as well. Tables, beverage bar, and front counter area, was all clean. Overall an excellent place to eat.
