Such a nice new restaurant. The food was great great and the service at the drive-through was extra exceptional. Morgan took our order and couldn’t have been more kind and customer service oriented. She even noticed my pup and gave us a pup cup. I just wanted to make sure we acknowledged her for her Awesome job!

Love the new Culver’s in Mooresville! The food was hot and fresh, made to our specifications. I had the mushroom and Swiss basket and it was delicious! The new style drive-thru order booths are great! You get to talk to a real person, face-to-face! Then as you pull around to the window there’s great outdoor music. Staff was very friendly and the food was brought out at a decent pace. Just wish their parking lot was connected to the Kroger parking lot.

The food here is great when made correctly, half the time they get your order wrong. Secondly, it takes an exorbitant amount of time for driver through orders to be completed. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for one single kids meal.
Culver’s management shouldhave done better to prepare for this location. Simply pay an existing portion of your other stores team members a little bit extra to swap over here since they’re “trained” rather than hire 50 all new people trying to train them at the same time you’re opening the store.

Culvers is a welcome addition to Mooresville. The food is always tasty and they get it out quick. The staff is very friendly and the store is nice and clean. Also Lukas is an awesome employee was super friendly and well spoken.

I went to Culver’s for lunch today, and the food itself was great. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the issue. I ordered cheese curds but was given French fries instead. I went back to have it corrected, and the cashier had rung the order in correctly — the mistake was in how it was sent out.
What really upset me was the way a member of management handled the situation. Instead of addressing the mistake professionally, she snapped at the cashiers in front of customers, asking who rang it up incorrectly. I felt compelled to step in and explain that the order was rung up correctly and that the error was not the cashier’s fault.
The disrespect and rudeness shown toward the staff was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. I did speak with the owner and truly hope this is addressed. Mistakes happen, but how management treats both employees and customers matters. This situation was handled poorly, and I hope better leadership and professionalism are encouraged going forward.

Terrible first experience! I will drive the extra time and miles to Plainfield next time. This place needs to get it together. Placed a curbside order online no problem. Check in when I get there after waiting 15 minutes of no one bringing it out, I go in. Its busy wait in line forever to get to the counter to say oh we didnt turn off curbside? What was your order? What ice creams was it?

Service was 10/10. We ordered for curd side, didn’t even take 5 minutes to get our food and they were busy. Food was piping hot, everything was right and it was delicious.

Food was god alful. The worst Culver food I have ate. Price was alful for the food quality. Onion rings hard old grease. French fries hard smelled like old grease. Chicken was dark like it was fried in old grease. Hamburger was tough and burnt around the edges. Asst mgr was rude. Burger King Mooresville puts out better food for less of price than what we are tonight. Feed the chicken straps to our dog when got home. Not worth the money charged for what we were we received tonight. If I could I rate this a minus 5. Terrible food that you serve at the Mooresville store.

OLD: This place started receiving ‘reviews’ and management ‘responses’ BEFORE the building foundation had even been poured.
You can tell the genuine reviews from the AI/bot ones because of the simple tone. I’ve gone several times and there has always been something wrong. From missing items, missing sauces, missing toppings for mixers to getting mediums when ordering larges.
Like they forgot about me for almost an hour even when I used the app to order well ahead of time. I had to flag someone down to get cold food and warm custard.
