This location has went DOWN! Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt they let me down EVERY time. Pretzels are always hard old and cold. Hard enough to break teeth literally. Then there’s times where they never have anything ready so you wait forever to just change your mind. It’s like the employees don’t want to work, they just want to sit around on their phones instead of keeping fresh pretzels stocked.

the staff is the sorriest staff i’ve seen. they never have anything cooked and when you walk up and ask how long for what you want they say 15 min just so you can walk off and never end up making it! they’d rather be in their phones than to be making pretzels for folk that’s hungry and wanna shop. and that’s EVERY time i’m in the mall. bring the old staff back!!

Food quality was irrelevant as there is limited food available? It appears staff allows stock to completely deplete before cooking more. I found this hard to believe so I went back multiple times and I was correct. Staff just standing around when product needs to be made for people to purchase. Many other customers approached were told no product with a 20 to 30 minute wait or told more product would not be cooked until a certain time. I literally have never seen one of their businesses run like this. I don’t understand paying employees to just stand around and refuse customers. Sad. I think it needs New Management and policies. A lot of very disappointed customers. It’s a great product when it’s made available.

They never have what you’re wanting to purchase. When you ask how long it will take, they either gaslight you or say, “the dough has to set”. I go for a pretzel($4) the other day… tell me why I’m charged $6.50 and handed a cup of old pretzel bits…. Meanwhile you’re literally getting less of the product when it’s in a cup and not in pretzel form. Problem can’t be resolved because the manager is nowhere to be found.

This is the worst Auntie Ann’s I’ve ever been to. They don’t even make the original pretzels, just those pretzel bites that nobody wants. Do better. They were completely out of everything and all they wanted to make were some pretzel bites.
