Delicious pizza we had delivered so 1 out of the 3 wasn’t entirely warm by the time it arrived. Delivered via the store not DoorDash. Prices were a little more than we normally pay. Everyone enjoyed it and I would definitely reorder.

The servers were nice, the pizza and breaksticks were great, and the gelato even better! My only complaint is how long it to the pizza to come out (but it was fresh when it did) and the price. I didn’t think it was worth $26 for a large pizza but we’re on vacation and it was good!

Disappointed, especially since we really had our hearts set on having some good pizza! Walked in and ordered a pizza for take out around 3 p.m. Just one group of people was seated. I ordered a large sausage pizza, St. Louis-style, which is always done right at the Branson West location. Took it home (14 miles) only to discover it wasn’t what I ordered. The sauce is on top and it’s not sliced right, so it’s not STL-style. I think this is Detroit-style. It’s the other locations from here on out, I guess.

Went especially for pizza and salad bar but half the table wasn’t working so we skipped it. Pizza was surprisingly much better than the time we tried in Branson West which was greasy (6+ years ago). Working salad/pizza bar will be a added benefit. Nothing special about atmosphere but server/manager was friendly and attentive. Glad they offer bottled drinks because like most KC restaurants you can taste that awful Sulphur in drinks.

We came for the salad bar and pizza buffet. However, all the pizza on the buffet had been sitting for several hours and was dry and hard. We asked if fresh pizzas could be made and was told that they only make fresh pizzas when most of the pizza with out checking the freshness of the pizza on the buffet. Then we tried some of the brownies that were on the buffet and found that they had been sitting there all day and were as hard a a brick literally you could not bite into them. They did not regularly check the salad bar or see how it was. The pizza buffet was 15.99 $18 dollars after tax and honestly Taco Bell was better. It was a waste of money unfortunately

10/10 recommend Pizza by the Chef! Top notch Customer Service!! My family was just visiting for a couple of days, ordered pizza online. By no fault of the restaurant, the order came thru delayed. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to wait for it to be made since we were en route to our destination. I cancelled it, got refunded and the next day they called and offered to make it right by personally bringing us the pizza that night on the house. That kind of Customer Service is rare! The pizza was delicious on top of it! Make sure to support this awesome family owned business!
