My husband and I are doordashers and picked up here for a delivery to a customer. It smelled so good we thought we’d go back for us on our off time. What a disappointment. We both ordered the 20 wings and a large fry. The wings were supposed to be hot wings, instead they were not hot and full of garlic butter of some sort. The fries were saturated in grease and extremely salty. They weren’t crispy like normal fries. Instead they were limp and soggy. I can’t say we’ll ever go again and as a Doordasher promoting companies, I definitely can’t recommend Wingstop to potential customers. Wingstop, you failed your Litmus test in every way possible. Did I mention that you can’t get ranch dipping sauce unless you are willing pay extra. So much cheaper to go to a grocery store and get a bottle of ranch. I would expect more from a place that is charging $30/pp.

I never write bad reviews or even use Google reviews but this has to be the 4th time I’ve gotten my order wrong at this location in a row :((
The first time I went to this location in person it was very busy, but me and another women had our bags sitting for over an hour without us knowing. An employee asked for our names but came back and said they did not have it. Turns out my name was spelled incorrectly and the other women had her bag sitting on the counter, not the pick up shelf. I was totally okay with having my order remade but I originally asked for a refund and they could not do it. I did not mind that but the women waiting with me was able to get a refund which I didn’t understand
My new order was still remade incorrectly. I was given lemon pepper wings but I asked for hot honey. I went back for another remake but I was given bone-in instead of boneless this time. I decided to give up on the remake and go home
Just today I went back and ordered an 8 piece but was given one wrong flavor which was suppose to be mango habenera but was not spicy at all. The pieces are also very sad and tiny. I would understand if it were the end of the night but I placed the order 5 hours before closing

This was my first time ever going to a Wingstop, why did it take me this long. The service is good The food is plentiful very flavorful We got there at 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday night and got fresh excellent food. There were six of us so it took a little longer to make but well worth the wait.

I’m not the one to complain my husband & I have some concerns and yesterday was an awful experience for us . I come here weekly with my husband this is our favorite wing place , But as I stepped to use the bathroom I’m coming out to hear a man yelling at someone , I honestly was scared . As I get to the front I noticed it’s an employee. Every week we come she is always so welcoming and respectful always smiling . This was very disturbing the customers in front were even talking about how vulgar and aggressive he was being .Then I saw him throw something green and proceeded to yell to the front of the store , I seriously am concerned about everyone’s safety. My husband and I will not be coming back ever !!!

I’m genuinely not one to complain with fast food but why advertise that you’re open late and then give the lowest quality food possible while charging the same prices. This service is so disappointing. We ordered 20 wings and we get basically just breading. Please have your employees do better.

If you order 100 wings75 with hot sauce 25 plain.
Common sense tells you if you must box them together. You should probably put the plain wings on top of the sauced wings with a paper liner separating them. NOT put the plain wings on the bottom so that sauce still leaks all over them.
When I called to speak to the manager. All she could say is that’s how the computer tells them to package them. And they can only do as the system says. When I asked where the common sense came in she said have a nice day and hung up.
The wings were Luke warm and soggy anyway. Not worth the $150.00 I spent. Fries we cold and limp. Completely embarrassing to bring that home to the company I had at my house.

1st time ordering wings from Wingstop – we will be ordering again! I arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Staff located my order and placed it in the queue immediately. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Staff were pleasant and super helpful. The lemon pepper wings were a surprise- was expecting lemon pepper spice, received wings sprinkled with pepper and lemon juice, really good! Also had the garlic parmesan and Hawaiian, both were good. Definitely recommend!

Wings here are pretty much always fantastic, however, my most recent visit they lacked on the parmesan garlic flavor. That was only one bad experience out of the many great experiences. Their fries are awesome. My advice would be to order ahead because if not you’re probably going to wait a good 25 minutes or longer for your food. Staff is friendly.

They seal your bag for pickup you get home and are almost always sorely disappointed at how badly they butchered your order. Reading may not be their strong suit. Wings are tasty everything else about the establishment is abysmal.
