This morning I had the pleasure of getting a prickly pear Red Bull infusion at the Scooters on Old Highway 63. I had nothing short of an incredible experience. It was fast, the staff was friendly, my drink was delicious (as per usual). The scoot worker working the window today (1/1) was full of enthusiasm and was so kind. I only hope others can experience the magic of the Scooters on Old Hwy 63. Thank you, scoot.

I always get their blended Mocha! It has just the right amount of chocolate in the mix.

This is usually my go to place but Saturday evening, I placed an order on my app at 7:47pm. Google said scooters closes at 9 which I should have actually looked at the store hours on the page so that was my fault, but we pulled up at 7:59pm to get my order and they lady came over the speaker and said sorry we are closed. My husband told her we had a mobile order and she said sorry all of our machines are shut down. Which okay, no big deal except the scooters app charged me $22 something and never refunded plus we never got our drinks. I have tried to call the store numerous times but the phone number won’t even ring. I’ve contacted customer service online but I can’t get anywhere with that. It’s very frustrating all around.

First time ever went to scooters and I loved it so much better than Starbucks. I had the snickers blended and it was incredible tasted just like the snickers. Drive-through was fast and efficient. $10.47 for two blended drinks!!! Don’t forget the cinnamon rolls served hot!

I got an ice pumpkin caramelicious with oatmilk. The employee opens the window and shoves it into my hand and I noticed there was no whip, I said can I please have the whip on top too. She looked annoyed and took it back, did a single swirl of whip and dumped what it looks like about half a container of pumpkin spice on top. When I got home, I scooped 2 spoonfuls of spice off the top of my drink.

I don’t understand the breakfast burrito option though.
It does not show a microwaved frozen burrito in the menu photo, if it had I surely wouldn’t have wasted my money.
Thankfully I had the $2 credit, or I would have surely lost my mind to pay almost $5 for a frozen store bought burrito.
Very disappointing, not to mention misleading.
Other than that the place seemed pretty nice. There are places you can plug your laptop into. Wifi. Decent tunes. Clean.
Hannah and her crew are awesome, and do a great job.
Just drop the burrito, or change the menu photo to more accurately portray a store bought frozen burrito.

Never buy again. I got regular black coffee today at 7.15pm. It’s literally coffee flavored hot water. There was nothing taste like coffee. This is not the 1st time. Never buy again. Every time I give tips when I buy coffee from there. Why do I pay for hot water. Frustrated .
