My First Impressions of the restaurant chain, because this is my first time writing about this restaurant chain, and I’ve been eager to try it out. The menu is quite impressive, featuring a wide range of cuisines that utilize noodles, along with various choices of noodle types. It’s important to note that the portion sizes are standard, if you’re looking for a massive 5 gallon bucket of noodles, you might want to reconsider. The focus here is clearly on flavor rather than quantity, which aligns perfectly with my preferences. The atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff were regarding the quality of the food and service. Overall, my experience was extremely satisfying, and I appreciated the added perk of the never ending soda machine!

I’m not a big fan of fast food places that prompt you for a tip while ordering your food, but it’s obviously discretionary. I tried the Mediterranean chicken salad which was actually pretty decent. There were a lot of textures and flavors not found in typical salads. If you’re not a fan of onions or olives, be sure to opt out. The yogurt dressing has a bit of a kick which I liked a lot.

I placed an order for two entrees on a Tuesday afternoon. There were no customers in the restaurant but my online order was not ready on time. I waited patiently for them to finish. The manager checked my order before bagging it and told the grill person that they didn’t put Parmesan chicken on it so then they added it. When I got home to eat it, i realized the pasta was overcooked. It was mushy and the sauce to pasta ratio completely off. The whole dish tasted bad. The rice krispy also tasted a bit stale. They sent an automated email asking about my experience so I did express my dissatisfaction in the survey.
The area manager (Brian) emailed me apologizing and offered to put a “free bowl card” in the mail for me “promptly” . I accepted but after 2.5 weeks and getting nothing in the mail, I followed up to let Brian know. It’s now been a month with no response from Brian or an entree card. At this point, I don’t want it but it’s disappointing when you spend your money on bad food and then told they’ll make it up to you and then they ghost you. The Gemini/Polaris location always has great food though.

I had such a great experience at this Noodles & Company! A week or two ago, my order had a small mistake, and the team went above and beyond — they even mailed me a handwritten apology card with vouchers, which was so thoughtful.
I came in yesterday to use one, and the staff was amazing! The young lady who took my order was so kind, everyone was friendly, and my order was absolutely perfect. It really made my day. Thank you to the whole team at the Hamilton Rd location — you all are wonderful!

First time trying N&C (Hamilton Rd in Gahanna). I ordered the Rigatoni Rosa and Parm chicken to go as it is marketed as a customer “Favorite”.
Pros:
– The dish traveled well. Even after 20 min drive. Food was warm and fresh.
– The Rigatoni noodles were cooked just right. Fresh.
– The spiced tomato cream sauce had a little kick to open the pallette.
– The cherry tomatoes were a nice complimenting part of the dish.
Cons:
– Way too much unnecessary parsley trees to pull out of the dish. Meanwhile only one single mushroom was found in the entire bowl.
– The worst was the chicken reminded me of a Tyson precooked chicken patty I could make at home and drizzle some Parm cheese and garlic on. Disappointing as it really lowered the quality of the dish.
Value: After finishing the entire bowl for dinner I was left full but not very satisfied.
By today’s inflationary-driven standards $12 would be the most I’d pay for this dish and that was right around what it cost.
So I’d rate this dish as normal/barely average purchase. I doubt I’d rush back to try again.

The man at the counter for pick up orders needs some social skills and less of an ego. There have been many times where I went in got my order from the counter without problem. I always check with whoever is there as well that the order is mine. This time this man had the bags turned away so when I check the names on the bag he gets all mad. I have not gone back since and Piada is across the street. Learn some manners.

Ordered at 6:37, sat and watched 3 or 4 people get served/leave and finally walk up at 7:05 to ask what’s going on… they put my food, which presumably is now cold, in the door dash section. The man working the front/register area should be paying more attention and have more awareness. I would have asked for my food to be remade but we’re now late for my son’s practice due to their incompetence.

I got the japanese pan noodles with steak and a small side of the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. Always my favorite things to get you leave feeling full and it hits all the right things. Mac and cheese is insanely creamy and they are always generous with the steak. A fantastic meal

Was a treat to eat here, the food was great and all the ladies serving and at counter couldn’t have been more accommodating, this is a model of a great place to eat and someone should document it so that other locations can see how it’s done so they to can be as good as this location will go again for sure
