Mo’ Bettahs in Twin Falls, ID is the real deal! I had the pulled pork with rice and cabbage—absolutely delicious and full of authentic Hawaiian flavor. The pork was tender, the portions generous, and the taste truly brought the islands to Idaho. I’ll definitely be back!

Really appreciate quantity of food for the price. Loved the music in the restaurant because a coworker is in Hawaii this week and it’s a real vibe. Fantastic young people working. The cashier didn’t call me “Ma’am” like she did the woman in front of me roughly the same age, I call that a win Highly recommended

My experience at Mo’ Bettahs in Twin Falls, ID was genuinely enjoyable. If you’re craving teriyaki, this place will absolutely hit the spot. The flavors are bold, satisfying, and feel authentically Hawaiian, making it a great choice when you want something hearty and flavorful.

While the prices are a bit on the higher side, you definitely get your money’s worth. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and the meals are consistently well-prepared, so it feels like a good value overall.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer questions and help with recommendations, which made ordering a lot easier. The restaurant itself was clean, organized, and well taken care of, even during busy times — and it’s almost always busy, which says a lot about the quality.

I also appreciated the variety of Hawaiian snacks and drinks available. It added a fun touch and gave the place a more authentic island feel.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Mo’ Bettahs. Between the great food, good portions, friendly staff, and clean environment, it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone craving Hawaiian-style dishes

Interesting flavors. I was warned to ask for extra sauce because they don’t give enough. It was true, even with the extra it wasn’t not enough.
The katsu chicken was good and I would get it again. It seemed a bit expensive for the portions and ingredients.
Has a small dining area and it was clean.

Greatest Hawaiian food I may have ever had. I love, love all of the chicken, and choose a different one each time. I have tried the pork, but it is WAY too salty for me. I’m sure it is a favorite for some, but not my thing. If you get your rice with a bit of teriyaki, it is yummmmm!! The restaurant is a good enough size to fit a few people, but it’s a bit loud. Not enough to not stay, but you are having your meal with everyone in the restaurant. So, it’s not a place to have a private conversation. But you’re there for the food, right! I also have to say, there are a lot of places that want you to sign up for notifications and “specials” and then just spam the heck out of you… Mo’ Bettahs sends you free stuff and tells you when they are having special deals! They are the real deal. You can tell by the lines most of the time during the day. Good stuff. Good, good food, good people. So now, the challenge is to add another location, perhaps more south of this one!

Additionally: My favorite favorite thing to have here is the Poke Salad with meat, specifically the teriyaki chicken. Yummy . Loaded with chicken, good fresh crispy greens, and some carrots for good nutrition. Green onions, juicy mandarin oranges for freshness and wonton strips for added crunch. This is how I get it for lunch h and supper. My dressing preference is the Oriental it’s sweet and savory and a perfect compliment to the teriyaki chicken. It makes the salad sauced without taking away the tastes of everything else. Try everything here. I love it!

Addendum on 5/29/25: I love the chicken and rice I like the teriyaki chicken and the mac salad. I don’t feel like I can order a green salad, pole salad without disappointed feelings. They never include all the ingredients anymore. Either they leave off the mandarin oranges, the tomatoes or the wontons. I never know what excuse they are going to give me, but its always something. Sigh… That’s a bummer for me!

Stopped here on our road trip for a take-out dinner with our family and small dogs. We sat outside on the little patio which was nice. The food was really good and was enough for two meals. I would go here more often if we lived in the area. We ordered the food as we came in, and it was scooped and given to us right away. We didn’t order anything to drink, but it looked like there were some tasty Hawaiian beverages to choose from. The meat and rice were tasty with just the right amount of moisture. The place itself looked authentic, and the AC on this very hot day would have been nice to take part in if we hadn’t had our dogs with us. It would have been nice if they had more environmentally friendly dishes for take-out, but maybe they did for eat in. The macaroni salad was tasty, but very rich, so next time we would probably order the regular salad.

I had the Teriyaki Chicken from Mo’ Bettahs, and it was fantastic! The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount char. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Definitely hit the spot—I’ll be going back for more! Atmosphere is good just wanted clean tables. This is my 3rd time to this location and it seems to be a thing. But the food and service is really good.

Honestly one of the worst hawaiian places I have ordered from. Over cooked chicken and steak even the musabi was terrible like how do manage to mess up such a simple thing as musabi. Kalua pig had no flavor and was dry. Won’t be back here. Plus the 3 piece dinner only had the katsu and steak it was missing the tempura shrimp so I paid extra for 3 meats but still got 2.

I stopped her on my way to AZ and wanted to try the buisness next door called swig..my husband ran to MoBettahs to grab lunch and we were instantly impressed!! Amazing taste and you get a TON of food for a great price.. we made it a point to stop in once again on the way home and my family can stop thinking about how good it was! Is there any way to order some of the special sauces to tide me over until I can stop again next summer?
