The employees were saying how they got a lot of orders and one was saying I am not parried about it cuz I am leaving. Basically talking as if they didn’t want to be there. It didn’t feel warm and welcoming. Mostly two employees. Emeleigh was awesome friendly.

Another junk service store- make sure you have hours to spend getting a coffee. Ell will discuss his huskies grooming and pet habits for 40min while you stand there and then move on to cats etc etc. Clearly the 4 minute service rule here is the 40 minute rule. Screw corporate!

I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I received today. I ordered a drink and waited a long time without any update. When I asked about my order, the staff told me that the machine was stuck and only then started making my drink.
Although one of the staff members apologized, I felt frustrated that no one informed me earlier about the delay. To make things worse, the lady name is Katie in the background laughing(she was the one take my order) while I walked away which made me feel disrespectful.

I came in right as they were closing, and I really appreciate how the team still took my not-so-small order without making me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. They were patient, professional, and kind, even though I know they were probably ready to finish up their shift. It made what could have been an awkward experience feel completely normal. Thank you to the team working today (7/18/25) for their great attitude and customer service! It didn’t go unnoticed.

I love starbucks. This morning they gave me the wrong items and when asked if they could refund me the difference of what I paid vs what I was given, they could not and I’d have to wait while they made the correct order (thus making me run late due to their accident or take the incorrect order even though I had paid more for other items). I was shocked i couldn’t get even the difference refunded so I could get on my way to work. After the barrista gave me the correct oder and said the issue was shed initially given me someone else’s order by accident. She was super nice but the issue I have is the policy for this starbucks to not refund when appropriate. It really soured my love of starbucks.

This has got to be the SLOWEST STARBUCKS I’ve ever visited in my life. It doesn’t matter what time of day I visit or day of the week. The staff is polite that’s never an issue. I get an hour for lunch and work about 5 minutes from this location and it will take my whole lunch at times just to get a frappe… And the tables are always dirty and the floors I’ve even helped clean them up before.

The drinks were good like any Starbucks. I gave them a lower rating for service because I placed a mobile order and waited for :15 before going up to the counter and asking where it was. They didn’t see it and finally made it. The atmosphere was a lower rating due to being half in a Jungle Jim’s and half out. There isn’t much seating and they have 2 counters/registers to tend to. It is convenient to be able to grab a drink while shopping but for just a drink it would be easier to go to a stand-alone Starbucks

This location is terrible at having your online order ready on time. If it says ready in 10 minutes, give them at least 20.
Not sure why I came back. They made my drink wrong. No biggie but instead of remaking it immediately I had to wait for the barista to make 5 other drinks first. So disappointing and she was clearly upset she had to remake it.
