I ordered crust stuffed pizza no sauce with beef online by Uber eats and I got surprised when I saw there was a small pieces of bacon in some slices not on the whole pizza so I can say maybe it’s a mistake, but it’s in some slices and small like you can’t see it until you focus because the pizza was burned a little bit so it’s hidden. You can see the picture that I attached here. I don’t know why they did that is it because my name.

Ordered a cheese pizza with half of it double jalapenos and when I seen it, it was hastily made with some of the crust too large and the pizza looked like it was about 13 and a quarter 13 1/2 in instead of 14 in and it looked just kind of lopsided… When I brang it up to the manager, she said that if I waited for 15 minutes that she would remake it, and then the one that she remade was in perfect shape and looked exactly like 14 inches wide and it looked non hastily made and it looked perfectly round… I like this place because it kind of operates like a hometown Pizza parlor, and I come get my lunch and dinner here up to 3 times a month or more, and I like it here… They were very nice to me… You should come by…

I made the mistake of accidentally ordering at this location instead of the better Little Caesars in Aloha and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
Not only did I receive a pizza with burnt toppings, I ordered extra cheese and double Italian sausage and they skimped on both. I just feel like if I’m paying an extra $5 for extra toppings, there shouldn’t be so much empty space on my pizza, but the sausage was burnt anyway so it was disgusting either way.
When Uber Eats wouldn’t refund my order (due to their notoriously awful customer service), I tried calling Little Caesars directly and this location doesn’t even seem to have a working phone! I tried multiple times and just kept getting a recording that “the wireless customer is out of service.”
TL;DR this location sucks, go to the one in Aloha if you want Little Caesars.

No where to sit inside on 90 degree days. All of the pepperoni on my faceroni pepperoni was burnt, the box for the detroit pepperoni pan was closed on the pizza and the cheese was stuck to the box like they threw it around. A manager won’t call you back even after writing 2 emails in the website. No refund offered even with photos of the bad pizza.

Pizza wasn’t cut. When I did cut it myself it was completely raw on the bottom. When I returned it for my money back. The guy I talked to tried to insist it was cooked. Not a single apology or nothing. He gave me my money back but won’t ever get pizza from them again. A simple sorry and I would not have made this post.

This place has gone downhill lately (Little Ceasers in general) despite their 5 dollar commercial they repeatedly air, its now up to 6 dollars. Hot and ready is usually old. Ask to order fresh.
