In the drive-through, I asked if they still serve pretzel pizza. The girl working the window said yes they still have them but they are not made right now. Then silence she didn’t offer to make them or ask if I’d like them still. So then I said I will just get two regular hot and ready pizzas pepperoni she said I do not have pepperoni available. And that was it so I’m assuming their store is pretty much out of pizza. She didn’t offer me to wait while they made any. I was just really unsure what to do and didn’t really wanna play the childish games so I said thank you and drove away. Also, the pizza is over sauced and gives me heartburn. They should tone down the sauce a little bit.

Lobby is closed with no note or explanation of why the lobby is closed and have been sitting in the driveway thru for 30min now watching an employee walk to the gas station and back instead of working or helping in any way, nor was he in any designated smoking/break area. Normally they pull people and explain now there is no communication and very poor service. Could always call your applicants if you need help that bad.

The service was excellent. My pizza had one side that looked like deep dish and the other was a thin crust???? The thick side also had very little cheese and pepperoni. The Italian Cheese bread was very good though.

Pizza was burned took forever to get anything even though my pre-ordered it then he didn’t even give me the right stuff just never been a good experience at this particular Little Caesars live near for 2 years now and had it maybe twice maybe three times just because every time it’s a bad experience
