Is so the person that worked at the cash register was amazing. He was super polite and friendly. He gave great service. The people that made the food a phenomenal, not a lot of Chipotles have such great employees. However, I will say the restaurant itself, not only the floor but the tables and everywhere was super dirty. And there were definitely puddles of water on the floor from people tracking. Snow in, and it’s melting, and I get that. But then you need to put up some wet floor signs, and maybe have an employee come through with it, dry mop to sop some of it up.

The store is always dirty, always short on efficiency, either there are enough staff or not. Serving size is half as it should be and manager is tough on customer. Also the pricing is $1-$2 higher per item compared to regional pricing. I always have to wait for no less than 5 minutes for food, either the store is busy or not.
How can a franchise tolerate running their store is beyond my imagination? I confronted the manager several times and she just doesn’t care and encourage me to file charge back from bank, which I always get the money back. It’s always understaffed, and for the one working, they are sloppy and does not care a bit. They are here just for money not passion.
In the picture it’s a double protein brisket burrito, extra lettuce and extra cheese, extra corn with fajitas and guac. I should get way more than that for almost $20. This is just not acceptable.
Update: second one is a burrito with ingredients listed on the ticket. With a lot of extras it’s barely bigger than a pepper shaker. Do better!!!

I come to chipotle all the time, this one in specific. I have literally NEVER had a bowl like this. It is literally less than half full, the pictures really don’t do justice as to how EMPTY this bowl is. As someone who is gluten free this is really one of the only places i can eat and i am very disappointed in this bowl.

While I was waiting in line for my order, I observed one of the employees preparing what appeared to be an online order. During the process, she picked up rice with her hand and then realized the order did not include rice. She proceeded to return the rice back using her hand AGAIN , even though a serving spoon was available. Although she was wearing gloves, this practice felt unsanitary and unprofessional.
When it was my turn, I asked to speak with the manager, but the employee seemed not to understand or did not respond to my concern. Because there was no reaction or acknowledgment of the issue, I chose to leave quietly rather than escalate the situation.
I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed appropriately. I value proper food safety and customer service, and I believe improving this process will benefit both guests and staff.

Paid $13 for half a burrito bowl. Chipotle never fails in the quality of their food for me. I rarely order mobile orders and I will never do it again. The picture shows the amount of food when I got it (after shaking it). Took about 10 bites to finish it. I understand slight inconsistency but half the portion compared to my last visit is insane.

Can you make out what’s going on in this picture? Can you tell where one taco begins and the other ends?
I couldn’t either.
I appreciate that whoever made my tacos wanted to give me my money’s worth of toppings, but common sense should tell you there’s only so much that can fit in a tortilla.
Most of the toppings were not in a tortilla when I received my order, and the vast majority of the guacamole was on the outside. Where I would be attempting to pick them up to eat them.
Is it really that difficult to wrap tacos individually? Or to put a reasonable amount of toppings on the tortilla?
I switched to ordering tacos because I could never seem to get a burrito from Chipotle that didn’t explode about a third of the way through. Apparently this is not a safe order either.

Just because you’re busy, doesn’t mean you can sacrifice quality. This is how I got my burrito tonight, guess I’ll be going to qdoba from now on

The manager at this branch, she’s really nice and is tentative to her customers. She remembered me since my last review and has always made sure I was taken care of ahead of to go orders/drive through orders. I will definitely be back here again!
