First time at this establishment and first time trying this company. I was firmly greeted as I walked in. I was helped immediately. The staff was wonderful and the food was GREAT! My sandwich was huge! They gave me great recommendations and checked on me my whole visit. Can’t say I have had this good of service from other restaurants in the area recently. Thank you all for a happy experience.

Pack your patience if you are picking up before a major holiday! The line was almost wrapped around the building. Luckily, I pre-paid (highly recommend) and was able to go in a much shorter line. It look me about 10 mins. I heard people waiting over an hour to place their order. The ham and turkey was exceptional! 5 out of 5!

I wasn’t even a customer, I was picking up an Uber Eats order, but I got amazing service from ms eugena at the register. And the other lady ms Babina was great too! They are doing amazing at their job! I would go back just for the service!

It was okay nothing to write home about. The store was so packed that when people exit rather than having them leave out the other door you have to weave through the line of people either way to escape the store. They had people depending on if you placed an order and paid already or if its just a reservation/coming to get something go to different doors so either way you had to weave back through the crowd to get out. Good thing that we don’t social distance anymore because people will he right on your “Six” lol. Not sure its worth $85 for an 8lb ham or if you go with 10lb its just over $115, sides that are small and only feed roughly 4 peopme are just over $10 each. Good thing for gift cards because I’m not so sure its worth all the hype. Honestly you can make almost a whole meal for the price they are wanting.

Went in to grab lunch from here for the first time. I orderd the Ham Classic, and the Smoked Turkey Classic. Both sandwiches were amazing!
The service was great! Get their early if your looking to dine in, not a lot of space to sit down and eat.

I was greeted by a very friendly employee who directed me to the pre-order checkout, and I was promptly served. Every employee we encountered was kind and welcoming, even on busy Christmas Eve. We waited on a long line to find our that they weren’t making any sandwiches. This could have easily been avoided had there been a sign on the door instead of making customers wait on a long line wasting time. I can’t stand when therr is no consideration of others people’s time.

The name says it all…a variety of frozen items are available including Cheesecake, haven’t tasted it yet but expect it to be delicious. the ham and turkey are very good

This is a cute quick stop sandwich shop. Service is great & sandwich while good has special that would keep me coming back. Other than the ham itself! For that I hope to try a take home ham in the future. The store is fairly clean and rather unique in style. Prices are fair for quality & taste
