This is not the first time. They left out a Jr bacon cheese burger no tomato. The rest of the order was correct. Went back and asked for the order to be replaced. They replaced the burgers but not the fries. We live 5 streets away and all the food was cold and they put cheese on the hamburger. The owner needs to look at the night shift.

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER!!!! No wonder Wendy’s is going under!!! They just needs to close this location, or get a whole new crew. Nothing about this visit was even ok, let alone good!! Ordered 2 meals and both were wrong. The ketchup was EVERYWHERE, inside and outside of the wrappers, on the inside of the bag, and the burgers were drenched in it. Tomato slices were on the verge of spoiled, just total mush and smelled off. Meat was WAAAAAAAAYYYY overseasoned, super salty. The food was disgusting. The service was a joke. It was 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, no excuse, no reason at all for the lack of quality across the whole experience. They weren’t slammed, or even very busy. 2 cars in lot, and 4 in drive thru, including us. Never got a receipt, tried to complain online, and that process couldn’t be completed because I didn’t have a receipt number to fill in, because I didn’t get a receipt. It goes on and on and on and on…… We will not return, ever!!

Have been here a few times and they never get orders right. Fries are always cold and old. You order a larger fry and they don’t even fill it half full. Ordered everything on the burgers just to notice when I got home there was nothing on them. Pay nearly 40 bucks everytime I have been and still never get orders right. Needless to say this is Wendy’s will be added to my never again list.

Love this Wendy’s! I’m obsessed with the chicken maple bacon croissant. It’s so buttery and delicious. The breakfast fries are awesome and the sweet tea is the best in town if you like Sweet tea with flavor. The lunch fries are delicious too. I love getting the biggie bags.

Where do I start? Went through the drive thru. I haven’t been to this location before today. There is no syrup in the diet coke, and the fries were seriously over cooked! I spent 40.00 for 3 people. My son said his son of a baconater sandwich was very good and my grilled wrap was good, but a little dry, like there was no ranch on it. I don’t have time to go back or take the fries back.

I passed the worker as I walk in the door but yet I still send at the cash register for a few minutes before she decides to come in and take my order.
The drink machines are leaking horribly.
But as long as the wet floor signs are up they could care less about anybody falling as I almost did.
Ganine looked very miserable at her job, Even more so when I told her that the water was puddling up in the floor, She shrugged her shoulders and told me she had already been over there twice to clean it up.
I don’t know what’s happened with Wendy’s but what I can tell you is that it’s went downhill a lot

I don’t think Wendy’s has fresh never frozen patties any more. It’s a shame cause that use to make their burgers stand out from the rest. The young man at the window wasn’t paying attention when I was trying to pay him and they didn’t give us half our order.

I have never in my life delt with such unprofessionalism. This Wendy’s drive crew is hateful,rude, dishonest and down right horable. I ordered two burgers, small fry,loaded fry, 10 nugget and a chocolate frosty. A picture of my nuggets have been taken to show that they are so old they are a dark brown color,hard as a rock and very gross. If I could give less stars then I would. The nightly drive staff made no effort to resolve anything. Instead my wife was told to get out of line and go away. The front drive attendant then caused a scene accusing my wife of an attitude when she had said nothing. I will give this restaurant 48hrs to respond. If I do not hear from you I will follow up the ladder as far as need be to resolve this issue. My 5 star critique rating speaks for itself.
