I decided to try the salmon fish and chips. The dose is well served. The service is quick and friendly. They have an area with tables but not exactly a building so be prepared to eat with the fresh Alaska’s breeze. I spend around 28 dollars including a small juice. The menu hasn’t got a great variety but has the essential and the popular Alaska food. It is very busy. I liked it but to be honest it was a one time experience.

We tried this place for lunch recently and had a great experience. The king crab leg and full Dungeness crab were excellent. The Dungeness crab comes with fries. My daughter enjoyed her corn dog and fries. My wife enjoyed the poke bowl. If you like cream soda, I recommend trying theirs. Not a lot of places have it on their menu, but their cream soda is some of the best I’ve had. The food was great. The outside seating was comfortable. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations.

Everything I tried here was amazing! This was my first time having crab legs like this and they were out of this world! They also have really good fish and chips. The prices here for the crab legs are unbeatable. I cannot recommend this place enough! Good beer too!

Recommended by the nice ladies over at the Museum. This was AMAZING seafood. Ordered the sourdough chowder bowl, salmon & Halibut fish and chips, corn dog and 1 lb of crab legs. The crab legs are weighed in the kitchen, and it was more than enough food for all of us. Crab was sweet and tender, and the rest we so good! Opal, was personable, charismatic and added to the atmosphere. I will tell EVERYONE who visits Skagway to eat here. Thank you for having us!

We had the salmon, fish and chips, the cod, fish and chips, the smoked salmon chowder, the halibut ceviche, and the salmon poke bowl. Stunning. LOVED the chowder and I don’t usually love a cream based soup—huge chunks of smoked salmon, tiny, creamy potatoes—just a gem. Pretty store front with deck type seating. 10/10 mmmmmmm

WOW, so good and fresh. We ordered the 1lb king crab , salmon poke and the halibut chips and fries. Both the crab and the halibut came with fries but they will sub for either potato salad or coleslaw. The salmon pie did NOT taste or smell fishy at all, so so good. The hubby ordered the Woadies OG Lager and got the local root beer, we enjoyed both! Fun atmosphere, covered dining and jammin music. Also clean bathrooms. It is picnic table seating, be prepared to share a table but it is covered with heaters.

We had the king crab legs, Hump Island oysters, halibut sandwich, and clam chowder bowl. All the food was fantastic. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Woadie’s very expensive, but it is worth it. Customers dine on covered picnic benches. There are space heaters to make it more comfortable.

This place is Great! From the people and service to the atmosphere! Skagway is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. Woadie’s food is some of the best I’ve ever had! They also have a lot of “Woadie’s” merchandise from shirts and hats to insulated water bottles and glasses to stickers. I was surprised by the quality of all the merchandise. The shirts are very soft and comfortable and will last. I’ve worn/washed my Woadie’s shirt multiple times and it still fits and feels great! I’m also a contractor who did some work for them this past winter and couldn’t have been more pleased with how smoothly everything went. If you are in Skagway you have to stop by, I highly, highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely delicious lunch here! The wait to order was quite long, but everyone was very nice and we ordered a beer to enjoy from the line while we waited. We had the halibut sandwich, smoked salmon dip, and crab leg. Highly recommend!
