The best Taco Bell me and my girlfriend have ever had in our lives. Food was hot, and the employees were super friendly. This is the best Taco Bell, we WILL be back. My girlfriend said that the entire time we were eating the song “Life is Worth Living” was playing in her head and same girl same.

waiting forever to even get someone to answer me in the drive through. had issues with my order when i got home and tried calling many times and never got an answer. will definitely not be returning to this taco bell. the workers just do not care… the lady in the purple cheetah print in specifically ignored me for over 7 minutes.

This place is really cozy and clean. The food was fantastic and everything was organized at the condiment station. It’s never busy when I go and the employees are quite friendly also. They have two ordering kiosks that you can use and the drive through is pretty fast even during the dinner rush. It’s best to use the side street and enter through the back as Monroe Street can be quite busy at times and hard to get into this place. Would highly recommend.

Only car in drive thru at the time. Had to repeat the order 4 times. Kept telling us the wrong amount due compared to order screen. Pull up to window and it was wrong again!! Waited forever to get food. Get home and the $5 nacho box was nothing but crumbs and lettuce. Gordida crunch was a mangled mess!! First visit! Last visit! Never going back to this one!
Forgot my previous post sadly! What a waste of time and money. Wait 15 minutes to get to order. Another 15 to get to window. Payed for food and waited another 10 minutes before being asked if had paid yet. We had ordered a Bean borrito, a cheesy gordita crunch, nacho fries, and a party pack of tacos. 6 hard and six soft. After almost 40 minutes we get handed a bag and told sorry no boxes. Its after six and we just want to get home and start to drive away. Suddenly an employee comes running out with another bag trying to catch us. Sorry we forgot 3 tacos. And give us 2 free taco coupons with our missing order bag. We get home and the food was a mess. Tasted old! And the cheese dip for my fries had just enough for maybe 5 fries. Never again!!! I’m glad google reminded me to fill this out for my own good!!

Just went to Taco Bell at 5323 Monroe St. in Toledo. This is the most awful mishandling of food by far I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. We had a Mexican pizza dumped in the bag on top of everything, cinnamon twist dumped in too, quesadilla crumbled into a ball. Needless to say we did not eat our food and wasted $30. I suggest you completely avoid this location if you want to eat the food you pay for. We tried to call the store and big surprise their phone has been busy all night. Good thing they have surveys on the receipt.
