Stopped cause I had a late night snack attack. Their homemade tortilla chips are fiiiire!!! And I know if they’re this good, I could only imagine how good everything else is! If I weren’t vegan, they’d have a good percentage of my check weekly for sho!!!

I Ordered the 2 beef taco plate with beans and rice, and 2 California fries. I got the California fries but only 1 taco. I took a bite of nothing but old lettuce!!!!!! The lettuce was wilted, soggy and tasted gross!!!! (Ordered through door dash)(08/17/25 5:00pm)

Used to think this location decent until my last visit where there was so much egg shell in my burrito. At first i thought a piece of my tooth was broken into my food but no it turned out to be egg shells and thought one piece is fine, but no every bite i tried to ignore the last more and more eggshell throughout the burrito. And then i told them a lil afterwards with receipt and they refused to assist me because I didn’t have the burrito on me which obvious had tossed cause i couldn’t eat it.

Ordered food at this location 10/03/2025, came home to soggy, oily undercooked fries. Went back in to politely ask for a remake, that’s all i wanted. Asked the cashier lady , she went back and said “THE COOK DOESNT WANT TO REMAKE IT, REFUSED AND WE ARE REFUNDING MONEY” We never asked for a refund, what I found unprofessional and skechy was that “there is no manager, they don’t have one” She referred me to google lol Apparently the owners come in on Saturdays only. They refused to give me a number and said to leave my info. I highly doubt anyone would reach out because the vibes where weird. If they are like that in person, handling a situation like this, avoiding it and being upset over a simple request can u imagine how they treat the food they make/serve!! Don’t bother ever complaining they wont to shh about it. They simply don’t care about what ppl say and they go about their day. I’ve had issues in the past and this is my sign to never go back again, WORST LOCATION EVER! Ive also noticed they only reply to good reviews. Like i mentioned they ingore any issues and dont care at all. Seems like RAMON THE COOK WAS HURT OVER HIS NASTY FOOD. He probably don’t even wash his hands. THEY ALL NEED TRAINING IN CUSTUMER SERVICE, oh wait they don’t have any management that’s why they do whatever they want. ZERO STARS at thos location. Was going through the drive through, I misheard the lady on the intercom as she told me since it was a combo meal I’d need to get a fountain drink. Not fully registering what she said, I accidentally told her Horchata. She then proceeds to get a big attitude with me and tell me “NO! I said FOUN-TAIN DRINK. A SODA.” In the most rude way possible. I get it we have our bad days but that’s how you draw away customers. Luckily I love going to Filiberto’s and still went ahead buying my food but that old lady needs to lose the attitude.

This lady is super rude to anyone that doesn’t speak spanish to her. It has nothing to do with her race, I watch her do this constantly. It’s specifically her night shift that treats people badly. They like to sweep while people are eating and start putting up the chairs on the tables telling people they are closing, ITS 24 hrs! She treats the truckers like dirt. Forget about buying something on sale because her attitude changes if you aren’t buying an expensive meal. She’s stingy with the sauces even though her and the other guys on shift are taking and drinking the canned drinks out of the fridge behind the counter. This isn’t new, I’m just tired of her acting so horrible. They also shrink the people they don’t like and gossip about customers. Again, she may treat people that don’t speak Spanish badly but they obviously don’t know we speak and understand it. Also they give out free food to friends and family, we saw it first hand, seconds and all like an endless buffet! It’s come to the point where I’ll be posting this on social medias and not come back again.
