Check your receipt. I was charged for a brownie which I did not order or receive, my bottle of root beer was upgraded to an energy drink price. The turkey sandwich was upgraded to a Titan Turkey sub price. I also tipped them for the pleasure.

The service and friendliness of the owner/workers is excellent. I love the subs. However, they don’t participate in coupons or rewards and this is my only Subway I would go to. I’m uninstalling the Subway app for this reason and giving them only 3 stars.

I can only explain the bad reviews by considering that almost anyone who has a good experience at a Subway doesn’t go out of their way to post about it. This Subway is family owned and is extremely friendly. As another poster said, they remember my order and I am also not that frequent a customer.

The staff here know my two orders of choice to the T. And I’m not even a very frequent customer at this location. Staff is extremely friendly and are not afraid to start small talk while your waiting (I take notice of this as positive) I can say I smile before I even walk in the door because i know what to expect.
