Had the pleasure to come across such an amazing food truck. Ordered the mini paisa bowl and oh wow it was absolutely delicious. My husband is colombian and he approved jijiji. The red beans are so delicious and so flavorful we are so happy with this plate only $14 but it was a generous amount of food. Totally recommend. We also have the colombian Empanadas we had one of each shredded beef, chicken and cheese. Each one was outstanding and the texture of the empanada was amazing. We also ordered the tostones con hogao so so good the flavors combined so well. We will definitely be back. The owners were so sweet and happy that made the experience even better.

I really want to say otherwise but this was honestly the worst hispanic food I’ve bought.
We ordered the small paisa bowl which had zero seasoning on any of the food. The avocado was hard, didn’t even taste like an avocado. The egg was beautifully runny but zero flavor. The arepa tasted like literal playdough; salty and chewy. The chicharon was just chewy, no flavor. The steak was well done, also flavorless and chewy. Only good thing about it was its portion size. 1/10 ($14)
Pollo y papa puertorican empanada 6/10 (2 for $5) – didn’t have the potato. Chicken was super juicy and flavorful.
Beef Colombian empanada 1/10 ($3) – masa was good, little playdoughy not really corn tasting. Meat was disgusting imo. I hate the taste of olives and that’s the only flavor I got from it. My husband who likes olives didn’t even like it.
Alcapurria de yuca 7/10 (2 for $5)- good meat to masa ratio. Flavor was good, basic. Also some olive flavor in it?
Pandebono 3/10 (2 for $5) – hard thick crust. Large singular piece. Inside tastes cheesy. Super chewy
Arepa choco 5/10 ($4) – good texture, corn chunks, really savory
Sauces——-
Guava bbq – taste like the name
Garlic aioli – hit or miss one time it tastes like straight mayo, another it tastes like garlic aioli
Mayo ketchup – hard to go wrong
Cilantro one – yummy
Sweet corn – exploded on me and looked like sourdough starter, it was bubbly. Pretty sure it was expired?
I would go again to try out one of the arepa burgers but the rest of the food was pretty underwhelming. Nothing crazy about it.

Wow wow wow all I can say is that. Their food is so amazing. Me and my family went for lunch and it was so delicious. So much flavor and amazing taste. One of the best Latino food I’ve ever had.
Paisa Bowl- So delicious. The steak was amazing had so much flavor. The arepa was so soft and perfect. The egg was good runny just how we like it. The rice and beans were a next level it was fabulous so much freaking flavor.Such a good size as well.
Alcapurria- This was one of the best I’ve had. Just amazing
Arepa de choclo- The perfect amount of sweetness. And with the sauce it comes with AMAZING.

These folks were out at my apartment slinging empanadas from their truck. Simply put they were flipping awesome! I had a cheese and steak and it was a just perfectly cooked empanadas with a flavor explosion. My mom tried the Artichoke & spinach, which sounds crazy but it was in some crazy delicious kind of way. If you see this truck, do yourself a solid and grab some food. Not to mention the owners are awesome people who you can tell have a passion for cooking and feeding people.
